What's your EDD? How big is baby? July 13 according to FF and July 12 by LMP; chia seed or poppyseed - so extra tiny!!

How are you feeling? Any specific symptoms yet? I feel great so far! No symptoms, except maybe not hungry? But it might just be the nerves... Also I can't concentrate on my work - but thats probably also just nerves/excitement!

Any appointments scheduled? I called and scheduled for Nov 30! Seems SO far away!

Rants/Raves? I left the office to come work from home. I also took two more tests - you know, just in case. DH and I are already discussing telling my family this weekend! We shall see what happens. They all know we have been trying for almost a year...

Questions? Any STM+ when did any symptoms kick in for you? 

GTKY: How did you tell your SO? 

Last night at dinner I told him I really didn't feel like AF is coming tomorrow (today). I told him I was going to buy another test when I had to go into town, even though I was sure it was a waste of money. I had already had a BFN that morning. When it was positive I just came out of the bathroom and said "I should have peed in a cup so I could test with the digi". Very romantic I know. Then he looked at the test and said there were definitely two lines! 

I stayed up for another hour watching TV and used the digi which also showed "pregnant". We are both afraid of getting our hopes up. Seeing "pregnant" definitely helped us both. TW - with our CP earlier this year I never even turned a digi - /TW 

Oh and then I dug out the onesie I've been hiding under my bathroom sink since March that says "Daddy's wake-up call" and also gave it to him. I think we are just both still in shock.

How are you feeling? Any specific symptoms yet? I am just EXHAUSTED, but I have a teenager a toddler and a puppy so that's to be expected! I'm also a little moody (more so than usual), which is what prompted me to test

Any appointments scheduled? U/S scheduled for 12/1 and follow up with the midwife 12/11

GTKY: How did you tell your SO? I found out on Halloween, he had just pulled in the driveway from getting DS at daycare and I called him upstairs and said "Happy Halloween!" Best treat we got

What's your EDD? How big is baby? July 11 per FF, and July 12 per TB, baby is the size of a poppyseed or speck of glitter (found that one when I was playing around with Photfy!)

How are you feeling? Any specific symptoms yet? Just tired, and nausea here and there.

Any appointments scheduled? None yet, taking a urine sample to my PCP next week.

Rants/Raves? I am so excited to finally be KU, but it still doesn't seem real to me!

GTKY: How did you tell your SO? We had laundry that needed to be put away, so I took the basket upstairs, and started organizing it. I then put a little onsie that says "born to wear red and white," baby socks that say little badger, and a bib that has I l  my UW Band. Put it in the middle of our bed, and then asked him to come upstairs to help put away laundry. He stared at it a little funny for a couple of minutes, and I had to ask 'do you get it,' of course full of tears, and he goes 'yeah, I just don't remember this onsie!' Then he came over and gave me a hug, it was the reaction expected from him. He's the strong one in this marriage, I cry over everything! haha. I of course had to show him the test, and he said 'are you sure you are?' because he didn't see the faint line that was on it, from the location he was it was a bit dark to see the line, so I told him 'move over to the light more, and you'll see it.'

As far as symptoms, with my first I got the sore breasts at about 8 weeks and then mild nausea. My second I was just EXHAUSTED the entire first trimester, probably starting around 4 weeks, which I what I'm feeling right now!

Feeling okay, it's already hard to eat, nothing sounds good.  Been having weird dreams since last week.  I also keep having what feels like hot flashes.  Today is the day my period was supposed to show up, luckily it did not.

December 8th which feels like ages

GTKY: How did you tell your SO?
He knew about when I was going to start testing so he asked me before I got a chance to tell him.  He claims he "knew".   

@MrsMiller8588 with my 1st pregnancy my MS started at 4.5 weeks, but I think that's earlier than most people.  My boobs were also sore several days before I got a BFP.

What's your EDD? How big is baby? bases on LMP it's July 5th, but I ovulated later and it is July 10. Baby is the size of a poppyseed

How are you feeling? Any specific symptoms yet?  I was very sick when I found out, but I am feeling better now which makes me worried, but I am trying to stay positive. I am so bloated even when I eat healthy.

Any appointments scheduled? November 22 for first appointment and hopefully a dating ultrasound. I'll have to bring DD because daycare closes early.

Rants/Raves? so many, but I'll reign it in.

Questions? anyone expecting their 3rd and can weigh in on how different symptoms are?

GTKY: How did you tell your SO? DH tested with me. When the timer went off, I looked. We were eating dinner at the time.

@MrsMiller8588 with my DD I had vertigo, headaches, sore breasts and insomnia from weeks 4-5. MS started from week 6 to week 9.

Boobs hurt, slight cramping, stretching sucks cause I don’t have enough potassium. Bouts of nausea here and there but nothing unbearable.

Nothing too exciting. He said I was acting weird so I just came out and told him. He wasn’t surprised. He said I’d given up and he knew it would happen.

I've been extremely tired the past two days, but I have been equating that to staying up later than usual.

*Weird* My nipples will randomly get hard throughout the day. lol. My boobs don't hurt though, just the nipple itself.

I've also had weird VIVID dreams for the last 3-4 days.

Any appointments scheduled?

I have my confirmation appointment on Tuesday, I'll be 4+5. It CAN'T get here quick enough.

I'm pretty excited, (silly) but to make the pregnancy seem more real for DH, we're going to get our welcome gift bag of various baby samples from Target on Wednesday. That'll also be 4+6 for me, one day longer than I was able to carry last time! Fingers crossed we make it there. We planned to do that in July and have a celebratory dinner, but something came up where we couldn't and I miscarried the next day.

Each month I obsess over it so i'll typically take a test every day for a week before AF comes (even when they're negative). So Monday I took 4 and after 5 minutes I got very faint positives, DH was convinced he didn't see anything - but he's just a bad squinter. Yesterday morning I woke up early and couldn't hold it anymore so I tested and digital "PREGNANT"! I waited for him to wake up. I leaned over with the test and said. "how does that look to you?"" Apparently, I didn't fully wipe the test off and after grabbing it he looks at me confused and said... "ew... EWWWWW, OMG!" Oops.

P.S. I'm a talker.. often too much.

P.S.S I posted this in another board (Due Date Check-in July 1-7 (11/2)) because I apparently I don't follow instructions!

It’s been just my nipples too. It gave me a slight indication but didn’t want to get my hopes up then the Charlie horse happened and I knew it. 

How is do they confirm that early? What do they do if you don’t mind me asking?

7/13 based on my last period...only got my period back after my last pregnancy a few months ago, and it's been a little irregular due to still breastfeeding, so no clue when I actually ovulated. 

How are you feeling? Any specific symptoms yet?

Exhausted!!!! I do not remember it being this bad last time. Also bad dry mouth/always thirsty. That's about it for now. 

Any appointments scheduled?

Not yet...found out Tuesday and haven't called the doctor yet. I really want to use a different group this time, but I'm not sure where I want to go so maybe my best bet is to start with my current doctor and switch later.

I found out Tuesday morning and thought maybe I would wait and do something creative and cute. I only made it until right after I finished putting my son to bed that night. Turned to him while waiting to have pizza delivered and asked what he wanted to do in July. He immediately figured it out and made me show him the pee stick. He was really happy, just surprised

EDD right now is July 10 -- basing that off when I got a positive OPK because my cycles are super long (got a positive OPK on CD 38).  Doctor's office said they will probably send me for a dating ultrasound so we'll see if that changes.

So.freaking.tired!!  I don't remember being this exhausted with my other two.  Boobs are hurting like insane...I wore a sports bra to work yesterday because my normal bra felt like a midevil torture device.  Little bouts of nausea here and there, but nothing too crazy yet.  Also, been having some dizzy spells...I don't remember having those before either.  

Any appointments scheduled?
November 15.  They based that off my LMP, which by that date I would be like 10 weeks...however I know when I ovulated and I will really only be like 6 weeks.  But hey, I'm not complaining!

GTKY: How did you tell your SO?
So, I found out last Friday, (took a Wondfo that was immediately negative, but I didn't throw it away for some reason, but left it on the counter while I took a shower....there was a faint line when I got out ).  I wanted to do something cute to tell DH since this will definitely be our last one, so I didn't tell him right away.  I spent the weekend making a little present for him that had a little onesie that says "The Adventure Begins", a digital pregnancy test (that obviously said "Pregnant", haha) and a little card I made that said "July 2018".  I gave it to him on Sunday night after the kids were in bed.  It was super cute and he loved it!

@katm89 I am expecting my third, and I don't know if this one is different, or if it has just been so long I can't remember, haha!  (My two girls are 11 and 6).  I don't remember being this tired and dizzy, but again, don't know if it's different or just been a long time!

I love reading everyone's stories about how they told SOs! I woke up feeling a little crampy. Hoping that is just poppyseed getting settled nice and cozy.

@bdesterhouse sorry I didn't see you had responded. Based off the last time I did this in June... they take a urine sample and test it in the office. I guess to verify for themselves - to know for certain that you're pregnant. My test was negative so they said "well we don't go any further if you're not pregnant" and sent me to get a blood test. The first appointment is with the NP, I think she just discusses general stuff with you.

GTKY: How did you tell your SO?
Yesterday, 15m DS bumped his head at daycare. They said he was fine and didn't even cry, so I didn't think anything of it. Later in the day, they called and said he was very disoriented, wouldn't stop crying, and wouldn't open his eyes.  Long story short, we ended up in the ER. DS had to have a CT scan, and I was going to go in with him.  They asked me "Is there any chance you're pregnant?" and I said ".0001% chance." DS had been in the hospital with RSV during what I thought was my ovulation window, so there was no hanky panky and we thought we missed it. Anyway, the tech told me if there's even a tiny chance, I couldn't be in the room with him, so DH stayed with him. CT scan was normal, he is okay now.  

So this morning, my period is due, but I decide to test anyway. I was absolutely SHOCKED. I went into our room, woke DH up and said "Well, it's a good thing I didn't stay for the CT scan last night." He was so groggy.  "What? You're pregnant?!"

@CareBear622 I got really dizzy with my 2nd while getting my hair done. I was trying to play it cool but she could totally tell. She said my face went stark white. She called me out on being pregnant lol. I’ve gotten dizzy a couple times but nothing like that, I make sure I keep water and piece of candy with me this time around to help.

Just the first trimester, I wasn’t eating a ton and not drinking enough water, except at bedtime. I would down a whole bottle before bed or I’d wake in the middle of the night dying of thirst.

Hcg is 2900 and progesterone is 14 at 4w4d. I am going in this afternoon to get another draw.  My midwife said I could take progesterone if I wanted but I chose to wait and see what the second draw shows.

GTKY: How did you tell your SO? Well, ours was an IVF cycle so there wasn't a whole lot left to surprise or spontaneity. So we listened to the phone call from the beta test together! It was a lovely moment to share.

@MrsMiller8588 no spotting since Saturday morning. My midwife gave the ok to run again. I think myabe the Friday evening and Saturday morning spotting was from sex on Thursday.

Your HCG levels are amazing! I am taking progesterone via injections and suppositories. Not fun -- but worth it if it keeps the little babe cozy. Hope your levels are even better day!

Just finished getting the second blood draw. I'm guessing I will get the results Wednesday or Thursday morning. FX it's all good.
