for the first time since my BFP I have no appointments. I'm so happy! Good luck to everyone this week. Positive vibes for boring pregnancies and healthy babies.
I have my first "official" US and OB visit this Thursday. I'll be 6+5.
*Possible TW*
Fingers sooo crossed there are still two little guys still in there. My gyno saw them on the first impromptu US, but said it was too early to confirm twins. *End TW*
I fee like it will all be so much more real after my appointment this week. With no symptoms right now, I'm happy to go in and see what is happening in my ute.
Good Luck and FX to everyone this week! I finallllly have my nurse's appointment on Wednesday. I'm hoping to get a script for some morning sickness meds. I'm currently using my leftovers from my previous pregnancy haha First Ultrasound is scheduled for the 13th

I have my next regular OB apt on Wednesday. I'm going to beg for the Doppler. i'll be 9+6. and she was able to find DS's at 9 exactly, so fingers are crossed.

I have my first midwife appointment on 11/2. I'm so excited to find out which team we've got this time around. (There are 3 or 4 teams in the office. I requested 1 of 2- same I had last time or the girl who was actually at the birth of my son). FX we can hear a heartbeat and get sent for the first u/s!
First Ultrasound is FINALLY on Thursday (11/2). I will be 8+2, so hoping all looks well
I’m excited for this appointment because obviously it will be nice to see that everything is ok in there. But also because after that appointment I am sending a very strongly worded letter to my doctors office firing them (for their continued insulting treatment of a past issue). I just need the ultrasound before I am willing to switch out to a midwife. Luckily the ultrasound is with a tech and not my normal doctor because I might throat punch her if I had to see her again.
@zamora_spin Appointment twins! I also have my first appointment and ultrasound on Friday, 11/3! I'll be 8+4 based on LMP but 7+4 based on when I know I ovulated...so we shall see what the nugget looks like.
The only thing I'm a little bugged about is that I won't be seeing my regular OB for this appointment. I was supposed to go on Thursday, but my husband suddenly had a big work thing and I had to call this morning to reschedule. I know the doctor I'll be seeing and I do like her, but still...it's at a different office location and it will just be a little annoying. Trying to forget about that and just focus on the fact that my husband gets to be there this way.

Had an ultrasound this morning. Saw the baby and a heartbeat. Measuring 6 weeks 1 day. Im right where the dr thought I would be according to the ultrasound 2 weeks ago. According to my lmp I should be 8 weeks 4 days. Anyone been that far off before?
Leaving work in 15 minutes to head to my first appointment & ultrasound.
First Son - born 2013
Second Son - born 2014 - Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) and Double Outlet Right Ventricle (DORV). First open heart surgery at 5 days old. He's had 3 open heart surgeries and several other procedures and is currently doing amazing. Third Son - due June 9, 2018
Happy I can really post on this thread! First appointment is this Friday (11/03) and I'll be 8 weeks. Im meeting with a different OBGYN this time around and hoping I will like her. I just want to see that everything is good in there!
@MoonOverGoldsboroI understand I wanted DH there for every appointment too. We've had a lot of appointments to only be 7w 6d (4 appointments so far). He missed the first and the last one (the first one was an emergency last minute freak out I need to come in). We facetimed at the last one. My doctor does surgery Wednesday and she's in a different office on Thursdays. My husband travels every Friday-Monday for work during football season. So that only leaves only Tuesday for appointments with him there.
First U/S tomorrow! I am super nervous *TW* the loss I experienced was on Halloween so the timing is ironic/nerve wrecking for me. *End TW* I am hoping that all goes well!! Good luck to all of you ladies this week at your appointments
I have my first prenatal visit in 30 minutes but starting spotting this morning. Hoping for the best but ready for the worst.

@kbrown2385 It seems to me that if your u/s are showing a normally developing pregnancy and it is several weeks off of LMP you probably just ovulated around CD28 instead of CD14. Were you tracking ovulation?
@zamora_spin I was tracking ovulation and had a positive test on cd15, that’s why I’m confused. My ob is confident, pgal brain is making me crazy. We have another ultrasound next Thursday so we will see then.
Excited and nervous for this first US appointment on 11-2, I'll be 8+2 according to LMP. PGAL brain is making me nervous though. Just praying for everything to be normal and seeing the little flicker on the screen.

@asun123 FX that it’s just normal pregnancy spotting!
I ended up losing the baby.

@kbrown2385 Were you temping to confirm ovulation? You can definitely "gear up" to ovulate, but then not actually do so, and then ovulate later (meaning you would have gotten a second positive OPK down the line). Since it seems like everything is developing on track, I'd tend to lean that way. FX for you!
I am so sorry to hear that @asun123. Creepy internet stranger hugs to you.
