@justsuzie and @bwow615 I've had it bad from the beginning! No idea what youconstipation people have been talking about. Check your vitamins though, they may have a chemical called propylene glycol that is actually a laxative since so many pregnant women get constipated. When mine gets really bad I take my regular women's vitamin for a few days until everything feels better. Just a temporary fix but works for me!
@ellelepa my significant other learned that he can only put one hand on me at a time. That was our compromise. So still touching but most nights he just press it on my head

@justsuzie Fx it works. I’d way rather be throwing up than having diarrhea. I had to stop taking my probiotic because it was making it worse. Normally, I have trouble staying regular, but when pregnant, I don’t seem to have that problem.
Extreme exhaustion, cravings, hungry evey minute befor food and feeling of being over fed after food, eating for the whole world, i hate nights coz i have to sleep in my sides, thats so annoying because i normally sleep on my back or face down, no nausea no vomit, wiered dreams, pizza was a life saver last night. Tired tired tired.....
Middle of the night nausea is back. I’ve also started getting head aches. Thankfully my cramping went away a few days ago. Also my stomach is just messed up, diarrhea, gas you name it.
I've been pretty lucky with symptoms again. I get nausea a few times a day, but I don't puke. I've been exhausted sine week 5, but that seems to have let up a bit now at about 8 weeks. My 2 biggest complaints are I still get randomly dizzy when I stand up or move too fast. And I am always hungry, but almost nothing sounds good. And when something does smell good, I have to eat it right away or the feeling is gone. So I'll tell DH at noon "I want tacos for dinner". He'll come home with taco supplies and my body is like "nope, girl eat some cereal". It stinks. And it'd hard to meal plan for us and the kids when my bum baby can't decide what they want. (Bum baby is this bean's nickname after our weekend out of town when only the unfortunate homeless people would talk to me on the streets about my football team shir, but dh would get high fives from his team's random fans around the city.)
Still some nausea here, but at my initial "yep you're pregnant now do this not that" appointment last week I chimed in that I would gladly accept some zofran if they were okay with it. It's been a lifesaver for me. I can now manage to keep some food down. I also sent my husband to the store for me yesterday to buy me chocolate ice cream and salt and pepper kettle chips that I ate together (like the chips as a spoon.) It was so good!! The hardest thing is still water. It always makes me puke. I've been adding some fruit to it to see if I can trick my sensitive stomach which sometimes works. Also a couple people mentioned constipation, which I've had some. I usually try making a smoothie with some apple and banana. A little easier to drink but you still get the fiber from it. Plus it usually settles decently. You can try adding some chia seeds too and a little oatmeal to help you feel more full!
@justsuzie@bwow615 I'm going through this cycle every 3-7 days.... it's such a joy isn't it? lol

I’m taking 25mg of B6 3x a day, and dare I say, it may be working? Still not feeling 100%, but at a much more tolerable nausea level. The nurse told me to do B6 & unisom but I don’t know how I’ll get through the day when I’m already so tired. So glad the B6 alone may be working!!
While it technically doesn't mean anything, I'm taking it as a positive sign that I'm seeing less bleeding. I have another US this Thursday to check on the sch hoping it will have shrunk. The waiting is driving me insane but fx that it has shrunk.
otherwise, incredibly exhausted, nauseas all the time, boobs hurt like a mother. Oh and did I mention headaches? I had earaches so bad last time and looks like that will be happening again. I drink 100+ oz of water a day already. Don't know what else to do to avoid headaches
all of the symptoms. the nausea, lack of appetite, exhaustion, and vomiting are by far the worst part. Rx reglan is just making me super anxious/restless.
@Ceridwen77 I take my unisom at night and I take a half pill. The combination has improved my nausea but now I feel like I'm at the tail end of the flu rather than in the middle.

It has not improved my appetite.
I was thinking of the unisom at night as step two (after B6 alone). We’ll see how this goes, I’m only on day 2 of taking it. Glad it’s working for you somewhat.
Is there any side effects of B6? I am overly cautious and paranoid. But, my nausea isn't letting up and working is getting more difficult.
No side effects! It’s been used for 50+ years and is incredibly safe. They found in research that women with morning sickness have low blood B6 levels, so probably good to replace those missing vitamins (if that’s the cause of your morning sickness).
Its hard to find the 25mg pills, I had to order them online.
Ugh, so far this pregnancy is harder than when I was pregnant with my DD 2 years ago. Utterly exhausted which is exacerbated by chasing a toddler. And I have awful nausea now, never had that with DD. I'm burping constantly presumably due to increased saliva? Not sure. And it makes me want to throw up but fortunately I haven't yet. I also have heartburn and most food smells and looks disgusting. I can't eat as much as I normally do either and get full much faster. Even regular water makes me nauseous so I miss it with a touch of lemonade. And it has to be on ice. Warm water is nauseating too! Napping when DD did in the afternoon to help with the fatigue but not finding much that helps with the nausea and indigestion.
I have a terrible taste in my mouth now, as if I need one more reason to avoid food. I am nauseous, tired and grumpy. I just don’t give a fu@& either. Taking the easy road here all the time!
My wisdom teeth are driving me up the damn wall right now. I have an amber necklace, which is helping, but fuck man... I fell asleep without it on last night and my mouth has been in so much pain all day. Also the taste of constant blood is bullshit. 'Tis quite vometous...
@ivyvines6 are they erupting or just that dull ache that comes every once in a while? I had mine out in my early 20's and low and behold at the dentist a few years ago I was looking at my x-rays and I'm actually one of the lucky ones who has/had two sets of wisdom teeth.
@Pascal86 You're feeling gas. It's impossible to feel your baby kick at 7 weeks. It's the size of a blueberry.
She was kidding. Her next paragraph started with something like, "or it's all this gas".
Yup. Honestly, until I see the baby on an ultrasound, I'm feeling pretty convinced that gas is the only thing in there. A lot of it. (Side note, isn't it weird how people used to never get ultrasounds unless there was something wrong? I keep talking about being nervous until I see mine, and my mom reminds me that she never had a single ultrasound for either of her pregnancies, because they just didn't do that then).
I have little to no symptoms? I'm 7 weeks..... I'm tired around mid day, and I can never seem to fill myself up with food. I'm CONSTANTLY hungry. But that's about it. Sometimes it worries me because I feel like I should have more......our first ultrasound feels like an eternity away, in 2 weeks
I am eating McDonalds fries almost everyday! I am craving them just typing this I drive a lot for work and often have other people in my car. It's gotten to the point where I am ashamed at the amount of fries I am eating so I go to great lengths to hide the bags and my trips through the drive through.
All of the sudden all of the food sounds amazing to me. Went grocery shopping and I had no control. Entenmanns donuts, cereal, stuff for puppy chow, pumpkin bread, check check check check. And I least bought the usually fruits and veggies too. Have a super bad craving for a cashew apple poppyseed salad.
I am jealous of you. While I have been lucky to only suffer from straight nausea versus actually being sick, food does not sound good. Im stuck in a vicious cycle of nothing sounding good bc I'm naseaus and the hungrier I get, the more naseaus I feel and the more I dislike the idea of food. Literally the only thing that ever sounds appealing is McDonalds fries. They have already gotten me through a few rounds of ending the nausea cycle.
I'm stressing. Even though we saw a strong heartbeat on ultrasound just before 7 weeks, my symptoms feel like they've dissipated. I know I'm overanalyzing but I had a dr appt yesterday and it wasn't that reassuring. Just the whole "things are fine now, HB was a good indicator but no guarantee." I go back next Thurs for a HB check on the Doppler.
I was insanely exhausted on Friday but then felt better the rest of the weekend. I'm hungry a lot but I don't feel like that's very different from my normal life. My nausea is basically gone. My only symptom of miscarriage was loss of symptoms. But my first pregnancy was pretty easy like this too (I just don't remember when symptoms got better).
@molly1108-2 I know it's hard, but try not to stress. Go back and read the symptoms threads from before. So many of us are having symptoms that come and go. A few weekends ago, I could hardly tell I was pregnant, I felt great. Yesterday, I told my friends I wanted to find a cave and hibernate for the rest of first tri. Just remember, today you are pregnant. Hugs to you.

@suchaglencoco my dh won't start making dinner until I get home for this reason.
