Bump above belly button

hi this is my 3rd pregnancy, one full term and second 30week miscarriage so my skin is loose down there, now m 20wks but my bump coming out above belly button and lower region is hanging and i feel like everything pressing on my ribs when i sit on floor, is it normal since its only 20weeks only? Isnt it too early?

    I'm expecting my 3rd too and my bump is very similar right now. The baby was behind my belly button at 16wks (per ultrasound) I thought it was early for him to be so high, but I guess not. Muscle memory?
