Need Name Ideas for #3!

I have twin boys at home, Clay and Cohen. We are expecting baby #3 in December. We do not know if it's a boy or girl. My SO pretty much vetos everything I suggest and it took 3 days for our boys to be named. Right now we have very few names we agree on. Middle name will be Harvey if it's a boy and Lou if it's a girl (family names). That's all we know. Names do not need to start with a C. 

These are names he has vetoed that I like: Willow/Willa, Ivy, Claire (we both liked this the first time, but to popular now), Henry, Charlie, Bennett. I have vetoed Cale and Colt from his list to give you an idea. 

Open to suggestions!

We have HUGE extended families and a lot of friends with children therefore a lot of names are out, such as Cole, Luke, Caleb, Owen (which wouldn't sound good with Cohen), Wyatt, Corbin, Cooper, Elliot, for boys.  And for girls he has vetoed Vaughn (I prefer for a girl) and Freya, but we did initially have Clara down as well, but still pretty popular, Evelyn (way to popular), and Hazel (friend just used it) for girls.  Caroline is actually the only girl name we still both agree on, however he's worried about the popularity of it.  

Keep the suggestions coming though, i appreciate it and hope something might click.

In regards to popularity, I get what you are saying bc I wouldn't use a top ten name. However. My son is Silas, I have only met one other in real life who was about 7 years older... but there's another Silas coming to his class. Never thought that would happen...
