Garrett vs Adam

We're 3 weeks away from baby boy's due date and we can't decide between these two for a first name.  The middle name is Daniel and the last name sounds like Kitchen.  Older sister is Clara.  I love Garrett because it's not very popular, but I love Adam because it doesn't lead to any nicknames and I feel it goes better with Clara.  Would love some thoughts.

Agree that Adam goes better with Clara. Garrett feels dated to me.

There is an appliance store locally named Garrett, so to me it's just too Surname for me.

Love Adam, very nice name.

Both good, but I prefer Adam in general, and especially with Clara

Hmmm I actually really like both and neither are names I hear often in this generation. Slight edge to Adam

I like Adam 1000x better. I agree with pp that Garrett is very surname-y. Also it is an attic.

Definitely Adam. It's a very solid name.
