1. Hey, I'm Leah. Not new no more. 2. Status. CD 4. Have officially passed 12 months TTC. NMC 11/16, CP 7/17. 3. R/R. This is a little of both, I guess. Talked to DH yesterday and we agreed that we're going to ask my doc about getting some genetic testing done. Found out last month about a family history of ovarian cancer. Told DH that if I have the gene that I don't want to do any treatment to stimulate ovarian follicles, as I'm concerned research shows increased ovarian cancer risk. If my risk is already higher because of genes, it's just not worth it to me. DH agreed and if that's the case we'll start looking into adoption and continue to try naturally. DH's company has pretty damn good benefits either way (they reimburse up to $35,000 per adoption!) which is amazing and helps take the financial pressure out of the situation. 4. GTKY: I am veggie pizza all the way! Something about putting lots of meat on top of bread and cheese is overkill to me. I love a spinach/broccoli pizza when broccoli is available. Otherwise, it's veggie lover's!
3 - I'm very tired. The weekend was so long we went to first friday, I played 2 weddings sat and sun, yesterday we went to the zoo. puppy woke me up at 6:45. Was falling back asleep then DD came in our room. Think I might need a nap today. Rave - both brides emailed me this weekend to let me know they loved our music and 1 of them said it brought tears to her eyes and she wants to tip us.
4 - I either get hawaiian pizza or pepperoni pizza
1. Introduce yourself (if you're new). So not new. I'm like tha granny of this bunch. Been here a long time and I think I'm the oldest here
2. Status? WTO Should be no later than tomorrow since I took trigger shot last night. Insemination in the morning
3. R/R? Got to see best friend this weekend! Her and her DH stayed with us Saturday and we went out for date night! Rant it feels like a Monday just hate when the weekend is over
4. GTKY: When you order a pizza, what are your go-to toppings? Love pizza. I like anything with meat on it. I don't think it's pizza if it's full of veggies lol. I like flavored crust too.
@leahcimmichael I would not be able to eat pizza with you! I understand your decision. I think I would do the same as you if in that situation. Hopefully you are not at higher risk. That's awesome about DHs job reimbursing costs!
@vlagrl29 that's great that they want to tip!!! You had a busy wkd hope you get a nap.
@leahcimmichael I think that testing is a good idea in your case. I wouldn't want to risk ovarian cancer either. Hopefully you will not have any predisposition for it.
@vlagrl29 I used to have to get up once a night to let my pup out. I'm so glad she sleeps all night now. We get up around 5am for work and have to drag her out of bed at 6am to go to the bathroom before we leave. It usually involves treat bribes. Lol.

2. 8dpo
3. Just feeling down about this whole TTC thing. It's been over 2 years of trying and. I take home baby. Just feeling discouraged since there isn't really anything my RE can do. My only other real option is IVF and there is now way that's possible for us. We owe so much money in student loans. I just have my FX that removing the endo does the trick.
4. I love pizza so much! I love just cheese sometimes, I love Hawaiian with ham and bacon too! I also love veggie but for some reason never think to order it myself. I guess I need to! I've also had a really good BLT pizza too.
@MooFish2364 does your insurance cover any fertility? I haven't done any research but stumbled across a website that lists the states that require insurance to cover some or most of treatments. Also there was something on the site about grant money. Let me see if I can find it again
1. Newish - 7 weeks post D&C for a MMC 2. Ugh benched. Currently on brith control impatiently waiting for a surgery to remove uterine polyps 3. I'm actually feeling pretty good lately, but I keep having dreams about pregnancy....like almost every night which is weird. Im definitely looking forward to Fall! It's my favorite season so I'm excited that's coming up! 4. I love everything on pizza! Give me all the veggies and all the meats...or one or the other, but never just plain pepperoni!
@Mack2342 my insurance only gives me a lifetime max for fertility of 2,500. Which is nothing when it comes to fertility treatments. It sucks. I would love the link for fertility grants though if you can find it. That would be awesome!
2. Status? WTO. CD3 3. R/R? Supposed to go to Florida but yeah there is a hurricane possibility. 4. GTKY: When you order a pizza, what are your go-to toppings? Had the most amazing BBQ chicken pizza in DC. Wish I could go today!!!
@leahcimmichael sounds like you have a good plan in place! So awesome you can get some money back.
@vlagrl29 awesome about the brides loving your music! Hope you can sneak in a nap!
1. Introduce yourself - not new. 2. Status - Just over here keeping the bench warm. Seeing a high risk OB tomorrow for the potential clotting disorder that no one can decide if I even have. And praying that my period comes on Sep 23, otherwise I'm out of luck for getting the septate surgery this month, too. Any way to delay a period from coming? I'm usually a few days before the predicted date (which 23 is when I'm predicted). If it comes a day earlier, I may just fib on the CD1 date... 3. R/R - Love having a three day weekend! 4. GTKY: When you order a pizza, what are your go-to toppings? I don't discriminate against any pizza, but if I had to choose, pepper and onion.
@leahcimmichael Definitely seems that the testing would be worthwhile. It's amazing what tools we have at our hands in this day! @vlagrl29 Sounds like you need a weekend from your weekend! @Mack2342 Exciting! Fingers crossed for you this is it! @MooFish2364 I'm hopeful that the endo removal will help and that you'll get that good egg. Try to keep your head up a little longer
@MooFish2364. Right $2500 is nothing. Mine is covering most of the IUI and most of the meds but doesn't cover any IVF. I plan to do a little research into grants now to see if we could possibly go that route too. The websites I stumbled across are affordingivf.com, resolve.org and ncsl.org
2. Status? Technically still supposed to be waiting until after AF to try again, but we kind of decided to ntnp for now. I think I may be 4 dpo according to FF, but who knows.
3. R/R? I posted in the TWW thread yesterday about this, but I don't know if I should trust FF that I actually o'ed. My temps this weekend were all taken later than normal because I slept in (and were all open circles), but FF gave me solid CH anyway.
Side rant - it is basically raining ash in Oregon right now due to all the wildfires, and it's absolutely disgusting out. We went from a crazy heat wave to this, and all I can say is I can't wait for the fall and rain to come back.
4. GTKY: When you order a pizza, what are your go-to toppings? Pepperoni or white pizza are usually my go-tos (though, is white pizza really considered a 'topping'?) I really love most pizza though, except for Hawaiian.
@leahcimmichael I'd probably want to do that testing too, if I were in your shoes. Hopefully it will come back that you don't have the gene.
@vlagrl29 I know the feeling of needing to rest after the weekend. Don't get me wrong, I love weekends, but sometimes we just squeeze too much in and it just exhausts me more than work!
@MooFish2364 sorry you're feeling down right now, but hopefully you will get your take home baby soon.
@MooFish2364@Mack2342 - dinosaur and granny are cracking me up! We are going into our 2nd year TTC and oddly enough I'm going into it much more peaceful than our first year.
1. Hi ladies I am new to this board. TW- MC and child mentioned.
I started spotting on Friday at 5W2d and went to the ER and MC was confirmed. I was by myself and bawling and a hot mess. We tried for over a year for DD and did IUI and about to do IVF when we spontaneously became pregnant so to have it happen again after 3 mo trying this time I was so excited. My HCG was a 30 on Friday so maybe it was just a chemical but I have a follow up with my doctor this week. I want to get on the ball as soon as possible so hoping she clears us to start trying immediately.
2. I'm not really sure but I guess this would be day 5 of a cycle.
3. Cannot relax as we live in Florida and possibility of a hurricane coming this way
4. I love black olives!! I always order extra on everything.
2. Status? 5weeks pD&C, CD3 and glad to finally have AF back so I can move forward. Although I would swear I'd been shot in the uterus for the crazy heavy flow, but I have heard that's not uncommon. I'm just glad to have some sort of gauge for where I am in my cycle again.
3. Rant - The days here are much shorter than they were even a week ago and my Seasonal Affective Disorder is quickly kicking in. I seriously hate that and have to dig out my SAD light. I also had to spend a very long Saturday with my SIL who is hugely pg. The whining about how awful it is to be 8 months along kept me wanting to punch her in the face and fighting back the tears knowing I should be showing by now. My DH is doing work on their ridiculously huge addition to their house. I went along to keep him company while he worked since they weren't supposed to be home. No such luck. Between hearing about how much money they have, what the addition they didn't need is costing, and her pregnancy I was more than over it by the time we left. Rave - As a pick-me-up my DH took us out to a local annual steam threshers reunion. While that sounds horribly boring it's actually a really fun event. For those that have no idea what it is, it's where they bring out old farm equipment from WAY back in the day and show everyone how they used to thresh corn using the old school equipment. They all dress in period clothing (late 1800's early 1900's) and actually do the farming etc. They serve food from our area that was popular during that time. It's held in a small town that's now a museum that's set in that era. We had one beautiful day between all the cold crappy ones so we took advantage of it. We're also in the beginning stages of renovating a 1969 camper we got for free, so that's been really fun. 4. GTKY: When you order a pizza, what are your go-to toppings? I love everything except pineapple. Unless my fruit is in something like a pie I'm generally not a fan of hot fruit. My DH is pro all the meat. I'm pro all the veggies. We usually end up with just sausage.
@vlagrl29 That's awesome about your bride wanting to tip! It's always nice to get feedback especially when it's so positive.
MooFish2364 I'm sorry you're struggling. My DH and I are in the same boat with student loans and for that same reason we aren't considering any alternative methods. If TTC naturally doesn't work we'll have to just move on with life as we know it. Our insurance covers 0% of fertility anything.
@vlagrl29 I seem to be more relaxed too. I think it's because DH and I had the dreaded talk last week and will revisit the idea of continuing to try after these IUI cycles. Knowing that there is an end in sight is somehow relieving to me even if it's not with another child.
1. Introduce yourself: Not super new, MC in Mar 2017, benched March-July 2. Status? TWW 3. R/R? Nothing too exciting going on. I'm trying to be relaxed this cycle, so I'm starting a D&D campaign to keep my mind busy. 4. GTKY: When you order a pizza, what are your go-to toppings? Hawaiian (Canadian bacon and pineapple). If I'm feeling fancy, I enjoy BBQ chicken Hawaiian pizza.
@leahcimmichael that's amazing that YH's company reimburses some of the adoption costs! While I understand the desire to conceive bio children, adoption is such a beautiful gift for both the child and the adoptive parents (#2 out of my 3 sister is adopted).
@mack2342 - we kinda had that talk as well last week. Dh said we have nothing to regret because we already have a living child. Ever since I changed my train of thought things have been blessing me. I've literally booked 3 weddings in 1 week! I'm just feeling like I finally made it mentally. Clomid I guess is still an option for me but I just don't want to do it yet. AND we found someone to do our rock wall in the front yard for half the price I was thinking it would be. bonus!
@vlagrl29 I love the mental place you're in right now. @katie121209 welcome, I'm sorry for your loss. Hope your stay here is short. @pumpkinpancake I hear ya, girl! Was supposed to see patients in White Salmon WA this morning but....there's sort of a fire between here and there, hahaha.
1. Not new. If @Mack2342 is the granny, that makes me the slightly-weird-childless-possible-alcoholic-slightly-younger-sister (like in Six Feet Under, that stereotypical role). Hee hee. 2. TWW, 5 or 6 DPO. 3. R/R: my new health insurance kicks in 10/1! Same as @MooFish2364 fertility next to zero coverage. 4. I love plain cheese, but since marriage is a compromise, we usually have 1-2 meat. I'll eat pizza with a ton of toppings, but it's to 'busy' for my taste.
@katie121209 so sorry for your loss. I just had my second CP in 2 months.
We were supposed to be flying to Florida this week but most likely changing our plans to Nov! Stay safe!!
@ELeighMay that event sounds interesting! I love seeing how things were in the past! We had a date nite a few weekends ago and we did a tour of the House of Seven Gables. I love history!
1. Introduce yourself (if you're new): This is my second week with this board, but I fell off the check in thread last week when I returned to work. 2. Status? HcG levels from my MC were at 12 today. I thought they for sure would be zero. My doctor told me to wait until it was for sure back to zero prior to unprotected BD and we totally had an oops... I'm not very worried about it though. I need to order OPKs still. 3. R/R? We were going to adopt a dog from a shelter we met on Sunday after having our dogs meet her today to make sure that everything was copacetic - they transferred her to another rescue yesterday when they were closed for the holidays. We're devastated. We're trying to email BOTH the shelter and rescue to see if we can still somehow bring her home. 4. GTKY: When you order a pizza, what are your go-to toppings? Chicken and Artichoke - add bacon sometimes.
ETA I've obviously had massive tag failure!
Married - 3/2013 Baby Boy - 3/2015 MC - 8/2017 EDD - 8/2018
NEW - Admittedly after a few weeks of lurking, decided to join in. I was also in the March 2018 board (under mchance100) though not super active. I'm sorry that we are all here, but happy to see the support that goes around.
*TW - 7/31 went in for my first appointment and measured about 5 1/2 weeks instead of 8 - 9. Waited one more week just in case, but day of the follow up appointment started the MC. I had a first loss almost exactly one year ago (no HB at 11 weeks, D&C w/ verdict of Trisomy #9), so the timing was weird to be sure.
I'm 41 (maybe now the oldest one here!), so with a second MC we plan to consult with an RE to understand our options and the realities of TTC in your 40s. I like my OB as a person, but he doesn't offer much beyond the worsening statistics of older eggs. Maybe that's the case, but let's chat with someone who lives and breathes these fertility issues shall we? Will see how that goes, I welcome any advice of things to ask, what to expect, etc.
2. Status
First AF post MC started Thursday. Probably NTNP until speak with the RE, which may happen after Sept/Oct vacations.
3. R/R
We were supposed to do Cycle Oregon next week, but it was cancelled due to the wildfires. People are displaced and I can't ride the rim of Crater Lake, boo!
4. GTKY: When you order a pizza, what are your go-to toppings
So many loves...Italian sausage, carmelized onions & mushrooms was the last one I ordered. I grew up with canadian bacon and black olives as the regular selection.
@mackorori welcome to the group. Sorry for your losses. I still have you beat. I'm 42. I have had two losses. After the first one, we continued to try naturally for about 4 months and then sought an RE. I had consultation and then found out the next week I was pregnant. However we lost that one too so we went on with RE. ****TW**** I have a living child that's 2 so when I met with RE he thought that my only issue for losses was my age. So I didn't have any testing done except for AMH which tests the egg reserve. We have done 3 cycles of IUI with femara and nothing so we are on our 4th cycle of IUI and added stronger meds, gonal f. I have decided to add coq10 into my supplements as it's supposed to help with egg quality. I'm going to ask RE about DHEA which also is supposed to improve egg quality. I'm also putting DH on multi vitamin and coq10. If you have no living child I would ask about more testing than just egg reserve. Also RE should give you all your options not just IVF.
@msstephanielynn Do they have to do your surgery during a certain time in your cycle? I'm assuming it's to keep your uterine lining thin so why don't they just put you on birth control temporarily until the surgery is scheduled. Just curious? That's what they are doing with me, although mine is for polyp removal.
1. Introduce yourself (if you're new) I'm new here, but have been following ttcal board for a while. I have an intro on tww discussion, so just quickly: missed MC and dnc in june (due date in january), monosomyX detected 2. Status? 5dpo, 2 cycle of active ttc 3. R/R? I will start from a story that I obsessively think about. It was when i was 7 weeks in, we went for a house party to our friends. It was too early to tell anyone, so I just kept making excuses about alcohol and pot, but the host of the party was completely wasted. Guess what, she is having a baby in January, which means she was pregnant then as well, and it's me who lost my baby even though I was in my top health, taking supplements for months and actually wanting a baby (for them it was a surprise). So yes, I am questioning the order of the universe now, A LOT! I am planning to go for counseling with this obsessive thoughts, since I never struggled like that before in my life. I also have a lot of "baby" pressure coming from my DH (who wants to have 4kids) and my family (my older sister has unexplained IF for years now, so I am a last chance for providing grandkids). It is a bit overwhelming. On a bright side, I am blessed with loving and supporting family and friends. I know things will work out and I will be fine, I am just being very impatient. 4. GTKY: When you order a pizza, what are your go-to toppings? I actually got hungry thinking about the answer I love simple pizza just with fresh tomatoes olive oil basil and fresh mozzarella (but not too much). I will tag and comment later, since I am on mobile now and it's just impossible.
@aga31 sorry to hear your story. I struggle with similar thoughts as you about how unfair the universe is, and it really sucks to do everything 'right' and to still have shitty things happen to you. Unfortunately, that's the case with so many things in life, not just TTC, and I've found that focusing on it just makes me feel shittier. I know it's hard, but eventually things will go right for you. And just because your friend hasn't lost her baby, doesn't mean that her actions won't have consequences once the baby is born (not that I would ever wish that on anyone, but if she does that often enough and doesn't practice proper prenatal care, it's certainly more than possible).
I know the pressure from others is real, but try to focus on yourself now and forget about the others. Other people aren't as important as your own well being, so don't be too hard on yourself.
aga31 I can completely relate to questioning the universe as of late. I thought I was doing so much better, emotionally speaking, and last night my DH and I were watching a TV show before bed. We came to a scene where a woman was in a panic discovering that she was pg. I was instantly furious, and I literally just burst into an angry fit of tears. He didn't even bother to ask me what was wrong and just hugged me. It's so horribly unfair. I want to be shopping for maternity clothes like I was supposed to be around this time. At the same time I took a second to step away and consider that I don't know others struggles. While it sucks that it's so easy for others to get KU, I have no way to know what other hell they might be going through in other areas of their life. I have some pretty great stuff in my life that I would consider to have come "easy" for me, which might not be the case for someone else. I am really trying to make an effort to remind myself of that, especially when I just want to swim in my negative thoughts instead. *hugs*
1. Introduce yourself (if you're new): Bitter Old Hag, Party of 1.
2. Status? Benched for freaking life... so sick of this bench. CD like 30 of cycle 3 million and 12*... [*warning - number may contain slight exaggeration]
3. R/R? Just saw a baby announcement this morning on FB from a friend from HS who is a socialist/communist/RED... ugh! She's so un-maternal it's ridiculous. Anyway, I'm pissed at the world... although AF is imminent, which is probably why I want to both kill people by strangulation, and then curl in a ball, cry, and be left the h*ll alone. Or maybe it's because I'm a psychopath? Either way... lots of emotions right now. And not sleeping well, so doesn't help.
4. GTKY: When you order a pizza, what are your go-to
toppings? Ham and Pepperoni. Mmm....
leahcimmichael
Wow! Benefits to help reimburse adoption!?! That’s amazing!
Mack2342
I think it’s a toss-up between you and me being oldest! (I mean oldest as in around TTCAL longest, not age-wise) I also would be interested in the list of
coverage per state.
MooFish2364
Sorry about the discouragement. It’s so rough being on this path for years
without success. The expense of IVF is also ludicrous. (as is the expense for
adoption, really). And I feel as though the system has greatly let us down,
since insurance generally refuses to help or pay for so many of these things.

When were you supposed to go to Florida? Our trip is planned for the end of the
month, so I’m hoping Florida is still there then…

1. Introduce yourself I joined last week. I had a MMC when I was 16 weeks along, and had my D&E August 4th. I was due in January. 2. Status? I'm still waiting to get my period. So I have no idea if I have ovulated, or what the deal is. 3. R/R? Ugh I've just been feeling down lately. Nothing specific. These wild fires in the pacific northwest have been so awful. So many baby announcements lately. Blah. 4. GTKY: When you order a pizza, what are your go-to toppings? I usually just like plain cheese, but my husband made an AMAZING pizza last night that had sausage and onions on it. Mmmm.
@leahcimmichael Wow that's amazing about the adoption benefits! Adoption is definitely on the table for us in the future depending on how things work out in life, but not sure how we would afford it... I would love to have those benefits.
To all the ladies with questions about genetic testing for cancer susceptibility : you should test now especially if you have family history of certain types of cancer. Knowing about risk factors is so important , there are many things that you can do with that knowledge, like: frequent screening, proper diet and lifestyle etc. It's important to have kids in your life, but even more important for your kids to have living and healthy parents. @mack2343 be careful with supplements that are hormonal precursors (dhea), since they can really mess up your hormonal balance. Those are not just vitamins or antioxidants, i would consult your RE if dhea supplementation is appropriate in your case.
@fishee333 I guess we are some sort of MC buddies hope your af comes soon! it's the only af i was awaiting in my life and i totally had a crazy happy dance after the flow began (my DH weirdly joined me in that dance).
@strawberryanne It's soooo smoky here in san fran as well... i get watery eyes after like 5min outside! i am also so sorry about dog adoption mess up, is there any hope you can still find it?
@aga31 that is the reason I checked with RE today and he said for me to start them and said it is normal protocol to give to their patients. This is the same information I have found in my research
@Mack2342 That's smart you checked it with your re! i was asking all those questions few months ago, and my OBGYN said to only supplement things I am deficient for, so for me vit d and of course folic acid, plus stay on super duper healthy diet. FX the new supplements help you getting sticky baby soon!
Re: TTCAL Check-In Week of 9/4
2. Status.
The weekend was so long we went to first friday, I played 2 weddings sat and sun, yesterday we went to the zoo. puppy woke me up at 6:45.
@vlagrl29 I used to have to get up once a night to let my pup out. I'm so glad she sleeps all night now. We get up around 5am for work and have to drag her out of bed at 6am to go to the bathroom before we leave. It usually involves treat bribes. Lol.

@leahcimmichael sounds like you have a good plan in place! So awesome you can get some money back.
@vlagrl29 awesome about the brides loving your music! Hope you can sneak in a nap!
@Mack2342 FX for you tomorrow!
@MooFish2364 BLT pizza sounds yummy!!
@mrsjcrane I love fall too!!! Started decorating already!
@leahcimmichael FX that you aren't a gene carrier.
MooFish2364 I'm sorry you're struggling. My DH and I are in the same boat with student loans and for that same reason we aren't considering any alternative methods. If TTC naturally doesn't work we'll have to just move on with life as we know it. Our insurance covers 0% of fertility anything.
2. Status? TWW
***TW Living child and loss mentioned***
13 March 2017: Loss at 4+6
@katie121209 welcome, I'm sorry for your loss.
Have a wonderful week everyone!
CP 1/25/16 4.5 weeks, developed Graves' disease
We were supposed to be flying to Florida this week but most likely changing our plans to Nov! Stay safe!!
@ELeighMay that event sounds interesting! I love seeing how things were in the past! We had a date nite a few weekends ago and we did a tour of the House of Seven Gables. I love history!
@vlagrl29 What puppy do you have?
@MooFish2364 Today is National Cheese Pizza Day!
@pumpkinpancake we're down in NorCal and the wildfires have meant I can look at the sun in the evenings due to all the ash... the West Coast is pretty much just on fire at this point.
@katie121209 I hope the hurricane does not get to you! I just had my loss a week and a half ago.
Baby Boy - 3/2015
MC - 8/2017
EDD - 8/2018
I grew up with canadian bacon and black olives as the regular selection.
strawberryanne Are you close to the fires, or is it just close enough to cause the haze?
sprkls8506 House of Seven Gables would be very fun. I love historical stuff!
I'm new here, but have been following ttcal board for a while. I have an intro on tww discussion, so just quickly: missed MC and dnc in june (due date in january), monosomyX detected
2. Status?
5dpo, 2 cycle of active ttc
I actually got hungry thinking about the answer
I will tag and comment later, since I am on mobile now and it's just impossible.
I know the pressure from others is real, but try to focus on yourself now and forget about the others. Other people aren't as important as your own well being, so don't be too hard on yourself.
4. GTKY: When you order a pizza, what are your go-to toppings? Ham and Pepperoni. Mmm....
leahcimmichael Wow! Benefits to help reimburse adoption!?! That’s amazing!
Mack2342 I think it’s a toss-up between you and me being oldest! (I mean oldest as in around TTCAL longest, not age-wise) I also would be interested in the list of coverage per state.
MooFish2364 Sorry about the discouragement. It’s so rough being on this path for years without success. The expense of IVF is also ludicrous. (as is the expense for adoption, really). And I feel as though the system has greatly let us down, since insurance generally refuses to help or pay for so many of these things.
sprkls8506 When were you supposed to go to Florida? Our trip is planned for the end of the month, so I’m hoping Florida is still there then…
amberruka slightly-weird-childless-possible-alcoholic-slightly-younger-sister… LMAO… you’re cracking me up!!!!
strawberryanne UGH… sorry about the dog adoption! That’s horrible. Hope you can still work it out.

@Mack2342 I don't know if I posted this before, but thanks for the links. I did take a look at a few of the grants.
I joined last week.
Mmmm.
@mackorori welcome and I'm sorry for your loss.
@aga31 Welcome, I was due in Jan'18 as well.
@leahcimmichael Wow that's amazing about the adoption benefits! Adoption is definitely on the table for us in the future depending on how things work out in life, but not sure how we would afford it... I would love to have those benefits.
@mack2343 be careful with supplements that are hormonal precursors (dhea), since they can really mess up your hormonal balance. Those are not just vitamins or antioxidants, i would consult your RE if dhea supplementation is appropriate in your case.
@fishee333 I guess we are some sort of MC buddies
@strawberryanne It's soooo smoky here in san fran as well... i get watery eyes after like 5min outside! i am also so sorry about dog adoption mess up, is there any hope you can still find it?
