Baby Girl name

Hi all. I asked this question we found out baby girl was female, but we have it narrowed down a little bit more and I would like some input. Especially because the husband says nearly everything is "eh." 
 DS is Theodore Robert.
Robert is my brother's first name, father in laws first name, and husband's middle name. 
We would like to use my middle name, Elizabeth, in some way as well.

I wouldn't do Eleanor with Theodore. 

I like Lucy.

Yes, DS is always Teddy these days. We intended for him to be a Theo when he was born, but that didn't stick.

Definitely not Eleanor.

Lucy is sweet, but I think it sounds juvenile. Rosemary is fine but NMS. Elizabeth is great and has a ton of nickname options.

I like Lucy and Elizabeth. Rosemary is too old lady for me and I wouldn't do Eleanor with Theodore

I picked Elizabeth Rose, but I almost picked Lucy Elizabeth.  They are both fantastic choices!

I voted for Lucy Elizabeth, that was on my long list. Rosemary would be my 2nd choice.

I voted for Elizabeth Rose but would edge Lucille Elizabeth personally. I just didn't care for the hard E end of Lucy followed immediately by another hard E.
