Today. Faint line that's obviously pink and more obvious than the one I thought I saw yesterday. It showed up near the 10 minute mark, though so DH is not convinced and wants to wait and retest tomorrow. This is more than I've ever seen before and if it's an evap I will never use Wondfo again... I want to hold my pee and try a digi later but gah!

R/R: Going to try to have a fun and relaxing day today and maybe try working out but still go easy on my ankle. It's still swollen in one specific part, it looks weird.

CS/Q: Decided to take my temp today for the first time since I know my general coverline and temp is still high!

R/R: *TW* Going to a party for one of the many oopsie-babies my husband's friends had last year. Not looking forward to it, as we're the only childless couple. 

CS/Q: None- I swear I'm going to start temping next cycle. My Mabis is sitting by my bed, looking all sad. 

GTKY: Does early 20s count as growing up? I made my own Pan Am stewardess costume when the show came out. I even handmade the hat. No guys could figure out what I was supposed to be, but I had like 10 drunk girls come up to me and be like 'that's my favorite show!'

I had a cockatiel growing up. I made my mom make me a costume of her. So yellow leggings, yellow hoodie. Mom made this weird felt/wire feather tail belt thing. And then sewed some of her feathers that had fallen out onto the hood. Face makeup on point. I was 6. I was weird.

@jsnakehole is that the st Germaine thing on gov island? Three years ago I accidentally went to gov island the same time that was happening and had no idea it was going on. DH and I just sort of looked around at everyone on the ferry and were like........... wait...... what's happening here....... lol it had just poured rain so I felt bad for everyone in their fancy costumes bc it was so muddy where they'd set everything up!

Testing: Well I just caved and ordered some First Responses because we're going away on a long weekend next weekend, and I want to test on the Friday morning before we leave (which will only be 9 DPO)... was going to stay strong and wait until we got back to test..who knows, might still get a burst of strength.

R/R: Rave: Ahhh the weekend!!  I did not wake up at 4am, and when I woke up at 5:30, I was able to temp quickly and go back to sleep for a few more hours... soo nice!!  

CS/Q:  Ugh a weird little dip this morning, right on the cover line.  But most of my higher temps from pre-O are questionable (like lots of tossing and turning etc.), so I might have just drawn my cover line too high. I guess I will just take it one day at a time.

When I was 2/3 years old, I had to wear giant casts on my legs to correct something (I don't even know what) and they let me choose the colour.  Of course I chose bright red... So for Halloween my mum dressed me up as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz and we put sparkles on my red casts...LOL I got extra candy that year I'm pretty sure...pity candy.

My mom handmade a witch costume one year. It was a poofy black dress, with an orange material that had stars on it as the trim. She also made an apron out of the orange material that doubled as a belt. I still have the apron to this day, and use it in the kitchen all the time. Since we're military, and rarely home, i'm so thankful to have that small part of my childhood with me. All the feels with this GTKY

R/R: Rant: Just overall cranky, tired of BFN and no sign of AF.....Have to work all weekend (at least work from home), because my teams were helpless while I was on vacation. Rave: Going to my friends wedding tonight! 

CS/Q: nope. Starting to second guess when I O'd. Maybe it was later than I thought....hoping for more consistent temping next cycle and to learn from all of the temping vets on this board.

My favorite was this spider costume I wore when I was probably 4. It had a big yellow belly and a top hat! I'm honestly really not into halloween and prefer general fall decor over Halloween decor. Although my husband and I had our first kiss on halloween 15 years ago!

@kperrucci I love all the Halloween decor. I literally put it up on Oct 1st every year...lol. My DH gets so tired of the decor changing monthly from Oct-Dec, but I give no cares! Bring on the holidays!

R/R: Rave- out of town for a fun day with DH and extended family seeing a favorite band in concert. Also I came home yesterday and had a rough day so I crashed at 8 PM and slept until my 630 AM temp alarm, so I feel like a million bucks  

Rant: nothing really, for some reason I just feel like I'm out this month but I'm just trying not to think about it because it's too early to be in or out.

My mom is so not the creative type. I was a witch or an angel for pretty much every year. Although once in college DH and I were Charlie Brown and Lucy and it was cute but not creative. And once us and the dogs were the ninja turtles, again cute but not really creative. I like Halloween but more in a sit on the couch and watch Hocus Pocus kind of way.

I know it is hard to be in limbo but a second line is a second line and it is not appropriate to post about BFP's in this thread. Do yourself a favor and go buy yourself an FRER digi today (that brand specifically) so that you can see a test you believe and move on to your BMB.

I'm sorry if I caused any issues or upset you with my post. I did take a digi I had in the house and it was negative. I have had very obvious evap lines before on wondfos (which I actually had last month) so I am not ready to say this is a positive. Right now I'm having frustrations with testing and I think this is a better place than a BMB that I may not belong to and say to strangers "hey you don't know me but I might have a positive. Thought you'd like to know." If I do get a for sure positive tomorrow or any other day I will not post it in the TWW, because that wouldn't be appropriate. Again, I am sorry if I upset you.

Trust me, I understand the uncertainty really well and why you would not want to move to a BMB preemptively. When I went through my CP last week my tests were doing weird stuff but rather than posting here I talked more privately with folks. FWIW, I have never had an evap with a Wondfo. 
I hope it turns out better for you than it did for me.

Bottom line this is just not a good place to post about positive or even confusing HPTs because it is a slippery slope and makes it hard for new posters to learn the rules. If you have a positive or possibly positive HPT I would suggest posting about it in the First Tri thread dedicated to the topic or pm'ing some friends on here to hash it out more privately.

You've been around long enough to know better. Faint BFPs/ potential second lines are something that are not discussed here. If you're confused/frustrated about the results of a test, then go to the 1st Trimester board and discuss it there.

I don't have a question about the test because I know what it looks like so I don't need to post any questions in first tri. kperrucci Sorry to hear about your cycle frustrations. Temping is not my fave thing but does tell me a lot when I'm consistent. I keep my thermometer on my bedside table and take it immediately when I wake up.

@charlestonchew Just curious, what color package did your Wondfos, or however you spell it, come in? Are they pink, or purple packages? The purple packages are known to be fraud (if you can call it that) tests, and give false results consistently. Always buy the pink packages, and make sure to read the reviews of the sellers you're buying from Also, and, feel free to pm me about your test questions! I'll happily discuss!

Look. TW You posted it is 1) a pink line and 2) different than what you have seen before. You did not say it was an evap in your op. Now your story is different. This is what you posted:

@josie12367 They're pink. Easy @ home brand to be exact. When I first started getting evaps I googled and saw they're not uncommon with Wondfos, which is why at this point in my TTC I never call it a positive until it's blaring or confirm with a FRER. And I've never, ever had a positive FRER. But I still can't resist the cheapness versus the FRERs! I like to record my test taking sometimes in case it turns out to be good and I've even had evaps you can see on camera before. It's nuts.

I did not post a picture, nor did I ask if I was pregnant. It's false information for you to say that I broke the rules and that I am going to encourage new posters to do the same thing. Just gonna point out -- we've had people sit in the TWW posting about their faint lines, their pink lines, their whatevers; say they aren't sure it's a BFP, might be an evap, whatever other thing they felt like adding as an excuse to say they're not posting about their BFP, when they really are... and they've received the same response that you did @charlestonchew. You shouldn't be surprised. If anything, I'm surprised you didn't see the response coming.

The TWW is definitely a place for support, but it's not the place for BFPs.

It's one thing to say "effing evap lines are dicks", because they are.
It's another to say "got a pink line, it's getting darker".

You know what an evap line is. If it's outside the reading time, it's an evap. If it's not, it's not. Please don't play it off. You know not to post BFPs in the daily threads. It doesn't matter if you add a TW and a spoiler - it is against the community rules of the board.

@izza2 you can get evaps within the timeframe. All of mine have been. Typically, though they are grey instead of pink, but can still be confused with faint BFPs. Today is not necessarily a BFP so thats why I posted here. If I was sure I wouldn't have. I hope for good news for myself and all of you but this reaction has left a sour taste in my mouth so I don't think I'll be returning even if I turn out to not be pregnant. Good luck to you.

Just throwing it out there, an evap line is one thing, a faint pink line is another. Am I happy for you? Yes, of course! But maybe the ttgp grad thread or 1st trimester what does a possitive look like would have been better to talk about this. You didn't post a pic, but you described a positive hpt. Not trying to say gtfo or anything close to that. I enjoy your posts, but remember to think about your audience. If you JUST got a bfn, would you want to hear about someone describing a bfp? Especially when they know the general guidelines/rules around here?
