She said it, but you know you all were thinking it.

Hey everybody! FTM here. I'm due May 11. BFP day was Sep 5. We will definitely find out what we are having. We are both team blue, but I have this overwhelming feeling it's going to be a girl. Happy to be here and learn from those more experienced.

Are you team blue because you already have boys or you only want a boy?

Hello everyone! After finally deciding that we were ready for kids, we were ttc for one year. I got a bfp on September 3 and I was supposed to travel to ccrm for my ivf diagnostic tests on September 6! I am a ftm and I am ecstatic that I got that surprise.

Guess I should finally introduce myself. Hi I'm a stm my current little one is two years old and growing like a weed. I'm currently 9 weeks along and due mid May. When I'm not being a mom and now not to nauseous to move I enjoy gardening and crafting.
STM (DD is 3.5), TTC since last Christmas. *TW loss* miscarriage at 5.5 weeks in July *end TW*. EDD 5/29, so I'm a caboose, but excited to jump in to this community after lurking for a bit.
Currently bagels and *whipped* cream cheese are giving me life. I'd eat them continuously, but ahem, it's not coming back out again, so we're running into space concerns. Nausea all day err day for the last week or so, hoping it only lasts a few weeks like with DD.
First appt is Tuesday, assuming all goes well we will take DD out to dinner that night and show her the ultrasound photo and give her a "Big Sister" necklace. She loves babies and has had baby fever more than anyone in our house. Excited to share this with her but we've held back thus far given what happened previously.
Hello! New(ish) here (at least in terms of posting). STM, feb ‘16 boy, but haven’t posted here until finally having my first appointment. Had a lost this summer, so was a little superstitious about getting involved before hearing a heartbeat. 9 weeks, 3 days along and super excited (and a little overwhelmed at the though of having 2 kids!)
Hello lovely ladies! I’ve been lurking for a little while to make sure this pregnancy would stick before introducing myself - I had my BFP when I was 4 weeks so seemed a little premature! This is my 5th pregnancy (two boys, 4 and 2) and two angels. I also have a fur baby who is 4 soon. Estimated due date 30th May. Feeling super excited and a little apprehensive. Can’t wait to get to the 12 week mark and get the all clear. Xx
I am 8w6d today. Due 5/20/18. I got my BFP on 9/16/17 which was ironically 1 year to the date of my miscarriage last year. We weren’t trying either time but I am very happy and praying like crazy for a healthy baby. I have 2 other children, 11 and 8. I had an ultrasound at 6w where we saw a tiny heartbeat and I was measuring 2d behind. I am so excited and anxious about my next appointment which is Oct 26th at 10.5w.
TW: today I am the exact number of weeks and days that I was last year when I began bleeding. trying to stay positive!
Hi all I'm 9w5d, due May 14. STM! I have a super sweet, non-stop 2 yr old son. Having trouble picturing how life with a newborn and a toddler will work... but excited and trying to keep my eyes on the prize. I had cholestasis during my first pregnancy and am cautiously optimistic I won't have it again this time around.
Looking forward to celebrating/supporting/bumping with this group for the next few months!
I am Heather, I am due on May 19 with my second baby, I have an almost 2 year old son. Married. I work part time from home as a researcher. Really excited about this baby, it took us 5 years to conceive my son and about 6 months to conceive this baby, so by comparison I feel like it was easy even though it involved doctors and medications. I feel pretty sure it’s a girl, I had a dream and I just think it’s a girl.
Hi ladies! Not sure if my post didn't upload way back when I thought it did...or if I just totally forgot to post in here (sorry!) But reposting since a search showed I'm only on the spreadsheet thread. So here it goes!
I'm 10w1d, adjusted due date after US to May 12th (ehich is probbaly more in line with my late ovulation that cycle) and I am a FTM. I'm married and live in Canada. We are team green. Excited to meet you all!
This is my first pregnancy. However I am a mom to 2 teenage stepsons! I know this is going to be a very different experience, especially since I only came into their lives when they were 9 and 10.
I am 7w 5d pregnant. Due May 29th according to my dating ultrasound. DH went through 2 rounds of a reversal in order to make this little blueberry and we couldn't be happier!
My name is Codi and I am a STM. My son is 17 months and my second baby is due May 22 (just three days before my sons 2nd birthday!) we have decided to stay #TeamGreen on this one which is super exciting! My husband and I decided to start to TTC after our wedding in September, however nature had other plans! We found out I was pregnant 2 days after our wedding (September 21st) I had no idea when I conceived because I'm still nursing my son and haven't experienced regular menstration, so that was a surprise!
Looking forward to sharing the joys and pains of pregnancy with you all
I'm currently 8 weeks pregnant with our second child. My EDD is 5/28.
My DD is 3. She was suppose to be an Aug14 baby but came at the end of June.
Possible TW - preemie I'm super nervous for this pregnancy because of how early DD tried to come. My water broke, without a know cause, at 26 weeks but they were able to stop labor and we held on until I was induced at 34 weeks. Luckily I'm with a really good team this time. I go back on the 30th of this month (at 10 weeks) to check on everything again and go over the game plan, which will involve lots of extra appointments and a high risk doctor.
I have been lurking for a couple weeks so decided I should do my intro so that I can post on other boards. I'm a STM, due May 22. I work full time and have been struggling this pregnancy with morning sickness since week 5 so it has been a rough start. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you!
The bump ate my post, so here's a quick and to the point version.
I'm a STM to a 15 month old boy. I was part of the july16 bmb, until it turned into a shit show.
My EDD is May 8th, and my husband and I are both extremely excited, yet terrified on how we'll pull off having a newborn and an almost two year old. We plan to be team green again.
Hello! I have been bad and lurking for awhile as was nervous to start participating until had our first ultrasound. This will be our second child and have a almost 3 year old. Was part of Dec14 board before the bump imploded I am due May 20th. I am super excited but nervous ! My first had severe early IUGR so already started seeing the MFM specialist . I can't wait to get to know everyone !
Hello! First pregnancy and expecting twins May 31st! (Or sooner) Successful 1st IVF after 3 years of dealing with unexplained infertility. Very excited! I'm a NICU nurse and love to sew
Hi all! This is my first pregnancy, and my due date is May 24th. I suffer from autoimmune and chronic pain conditions, and am worried how my body will respond as my pregnancy progresses. We waited a long time to try to get pregnant b/c of medications I was on. Then all of a sudden we either had to go for it, or be ok with not having children on our own. We actually considered surrogacy until we spoke with our RE doctor. She helped us make the decision to try on our own. We did several IUIs, and one round of IVF which were all unsuccessful. Then the month between our 1st IVF and our 2nd we got pregnant naturally. I was waiting for my cycle to start so we could proceed with our new protocol. I was a few days later than expected, but really didn't know how IVF would affect my cycle. I took a pregnancy test because I figured the doctors office would have asked me to, and to my complete shock and surprise it said positive! I look forward to getting to know you all
Hi, I'm a STM and got my positive in the 16th. I think I'm due May 24 but should find out in a couple weeks at my ultrasound. I have a DS who is 2 years old (July 15 group, but I participated in the June group since I knew I would be induced early.) *TW I had a miscarriage in May of 16 which sucks. I work with individuals with disabilities so it will be interesting to see how a few of them react to me having a baby!
Hi all! This is my first pregnancy, due May 1st. Major surprise as I had started the pill and did two packs back to back before it was 'time' for my period. Waited 10 days before taking my first two at home tests, on 9/26, which was my 9th week. Was originally supposed to wait till 10/30 for my OB appointment. Went to the ER this past Sunday 10/15, as I woke up to bright red blood. The bleeding couldn't be explained, but I was told my BABIES were ok with strong heart beats. Twins!! I saw their ultrasound but they didn't show them together on the screen. Rescheduled and went in for my first appointment today. Super excited!
@x0smooch0x wow what an incredible surprise!!! Congrats!
Posting my introduction now that the drama has lifted, ha. Was also a little overwhelmed at first about all the rules about where and when to post.
I'm 9 weeks today and so excited as a FTM with one previous miscarriage of twins and 3 years of infertility. This is the farthest we've gotten and have only been pregnant through IVF. We are due May 24th. I'm from South Africa. Dh and I have been together for 11 years, but friends for 5 years before that. We've always wanted a big family, but will have to see what life has in store for us.
I'm a counselling psychologist and dh is an engineer.
Hi I’m Angel and I forgot to do this. I got my bfp September 12th and I’m due with twins on May 22nd. I currently have a 22 month old girl and a 7 year old girl so it would be RAD if one or both of these babes are/is a boy.
DH and I own a tattoo studio. He tattoos and I do permanent makeup.
I’ve been lurking for a little while and thought I’d go ahead and post an intro. I’ve been in other birth month groups. Last one was July 2015. Here I am again, with my 6th pregnancy, due May 10. I have an 18 year old son, 15 year old stepdaughter, 9 year old son, and 4 and 2 year old daughters. We are a military and homeschooling family. Looking to receive and give support along this journey! Blessings to you all ❤️.
Hi all! I’m a STM to a 2 yo boy! I’m 10+4, my due date is 5/15 and we’re also not finding out the gender! So far this pregnancy hasn’t been as romantic as the first but I’m still pretty blissful. I’m far more sick this time around but I’m hoping it ends soon! Fingers crossed! Happy to be here to connect with other mamas, congratulations to everyone here!
Realized I have been on the board for 2 months but never made my introduction. Stupid HG foggy brain!
I’m Abby from the mountains of Colorado. It’s my second baby the first is 2.5 - and it will be another boy. I’m due May 5 by my OBs dates but i know actually May 8-9 based on when I ovulated, but will have a repeat cs the last week of April if I make it that long. I had pre-e with DS and delivered at 37 weeks.
I have severe HG although I’m managing it better than I did with the first.
I’m also a Labor and Delivery nurse. I love my job! (Currently on medical leave due to HG though )
Hello! I'm finally getting the nerve to introduce myself here, STM with a wonderful 19m daughter.
TW* I had an early loss at 6 weeks in July end TW
Now we're back at it with an EDD of 5/31. Saw a heartbeat flicker a couple of weeks ago but my PGAL brain is still pretty convinced this one will be taken away, too. Hoping to stick it out with y'all for the long haul (extra long, since DD was a week late so realistically we'll be in June!)
Re: *Introductions*
DS born 9/3/13; DD born 7/22/15; LO due 5/28/18
FS (age 5) and FD (age 2) to become AS/AD very soon!
