Re: Chart Stalk & Questions Thread Week of 8/07

  • ^^^ yeah, WSS too!  Lol. The mythical "implantation dip" that definitely doesn't mean implantation necessarily happened  ...and/or "fallback rise" if you'd rather, since its a little on the early side on DPO for a true "ID."

  • Thanks everyone! I'm going to feel more confident with CD19 now and ignore this CD24 crap :)
  • So I thought I would put my question forward to you wise ladies and see what your thoughts are, since I seem to be driving myself a little crazy analyzing it on my own.
FF gave me CH for cd12, which was definitely the day I had the most amount of EWCM, and also my first pos OPK. But this seemed a little early for me and I also had a pos OPK the following day as well. EWCM was definitely on the way out by then too. Based on my temps, cd15 would seem more accurate. And if I remove my pos OPK on cd12, FF makes this shift.
My question is, is FF correct, or does CH on cd15 seem more accurate?

  • @nitnat007 I actually agree with ff. You have a temp dip for O, slow rise for after. Your LH might stay in your urine longer than its relevant which is common in my experience.
  • @nitnat007. No, I think FF is right, imho.  CD12 shows a HUGE temp spike, followed by a slow rise pattern.  The kicker for me though too, is what you said about CD12 being when the EWCM was most abundant, and then after CD12 it was on its way out.  I used to be a mostly CD14-16 girl, and then at some point I shifted to more CD11-13.  This time I got CH for CD16 again.  It can happen.  Totally normal.
  • @doxiemoxie212 @BusinessWife thanks ladies. I just started worrying that maybe I'm only 6dpo and not 9dpo. I didn't want to get my hopes up if AF just didn't show up on schedule, if my schedule was actually just three days off.
  • Please can you look at my OPKs and tell me whether any of them are positive

Also I had a big dip in temps this morning, here she my FF chart
How likely am I to be Oing now???

  • @babyboywish you can add me to the list to pm but I don't think you've O'd yet. If you pm me I'll send you what a positive looks like :)

Please don't post pee sticks here.  If you ask, people may be willing to accept a PM and give you their advice but No.  Those don't go here.

FWIW it definitely looks like you could be getting ready.  When in doubt HIO, and fx you see a nice rise soon.

    I apologise, I didn't realise I couldn't post them here.

I'm on mobile and can't utilize the search function. However, I don't remember this being discussed while I have lurked/posted.
    Maybe TMI- menestration question.
@BusinessWife. I won't take offense if you don't read potential TMI.  Tagged you bc you mentioned having background in Creighton, too.

Does anyone else have cervical mucus that appears to be like EWCM in their period? I am not talking blood in EWCM, but clear, stretchy mucus in the period discharge.

In the Creighton Method, it makes sure to mention you should always take note of mucus during the period.

My Google-fingers are failing at finding an explainayion behind this.

  • Yes!  @jrm_14 @doxiemoxie212 especially as AF is heading out, if you start getting EWCM, it could mean your body is getting set to ovulate earlier than the textbook day 14.  This is how people get KU from AF sex.  Say there's EWCM + spotting or whatever on CD5... and BD... then you O on CD9?  Boom.

It could also just be a false surge, too tho, and then you O farther along in your cycle.  Blame hormones. ;)
  • @jrm_14 I do, toward the beginning with heavy flow. I read somewhere that's normal...but I don't remember exactly why.
  • Oh, maybe because of the surge of estrogen.
  • @doxiemoxie212 @charlestonchew @BusinessWife. Thank you for the 'me, too's & knowledge! I was mostly curious as I had remembered reading about it.  Typically, it happens days 2-4ish.
