Help with morning sickness

Does anyone have any tips on dealing with "morning sickness" ? The amount of nausea I feel all day makes it very difficult for me to eat, but I want to make sure my baby is getting enough nutrients every day.
 Thanks in advance

  • Just google it. You'll get hundreds of results and then just start trying things. What works for other women won't necessarily work for you and vice versa. Many of the things others swore by didn't help at all for me.

  • Thank you.
Preggie pops work most of the time for me, but  not all.
  • Peppermint tea helps a little for me
  • Ginger candy works for many women
  • Saltines have helped me tremendously. I've been eating them and drinking ginger ale every day.
  • Buy some ginger candy! It takes a couple days to start working so don't be discouraged if it doesn't work right away. I make sure to eat a bagel, or toast, or cereal for breakfast. Something with a little substance to it. The bagels are what has been helping for me. I know it's not the healthiest choice for breakfast, but whatever helps! Try the whole wheat bagels if you wanna try to stick to the healthier side.
