Mint chocolate chip has always been a favorite, but since developing a dairy allergy I find that I prefer the flavors that work better with nut-milk bases. So Delicious mint chocolate chip (coconut milk base) is awesome. Their caramel, chocolate peanut butter, and other chocolate flavors (almond, cashew, or coconut milk base) are also really good.
I just made PB&J ice cream sandwiches this weekend that were great: peanut butter cookies (gluten/diary free) and raspberry ice cream (dairy free, coconut milk).
I love all sorts of ice cream. I am currently eating a lot to reward the toddler when he actually participates in potty training. I am an OH gal but lives in TX, so I prefer either Graeters or Blue Bell.
