I can't imagine what a roller coaster you must be experiencing, but so glad for the positive update and I just want to say I mourn with you for the negative, as well.
TW I lost my son's twin around 8 weeks. It felt so strange to mourn a loss while carrying a healthy baby, almost wrong. The support was overwhelming and so well intentioned, but all I needed to hear was that it was ok to grieve my loss. That a loss was still a loss, even if the pregnancy resulted in a healthy baby. Take your time to process and be kind to yourself.
