Hahah, yeah. I'm supposed to hate Cubs fans but I mean, as a straight up baseball fan, that World Series was absolutely incredible to watch. I was legit on the edge of my seat throughout most of game 7 (except for the rain delay). And I was rooting for them simply cause I'm not down with Native American mascot teams.

@looeeze - YES! ALL OF THAT! As much as Cleveland deserves to win at some point, I will never EVER cheer for them with that mascot or team name. I spent a lot of years working on a reservation and made forever friends there and learned so much. I just can't do it.

Lol, just noticed that the National League are drinking orange Gatorade while the American League are drinking blue Gatorade. Oh says it's apparently a superstition to drink a color other than your uniform

Every time I get my hair colored I remember why I go so long (a year, lol) in between appts. It's so effing hot in the capes, and it's so much sitting in one place!! In other news, I'm bored. Who's got a story?

it's prime day...(side note, at least the bump is giving me a relevant ad) and I'm actively searching for something to buy, I just can't come up with anything I really need. Lots of wants/don't needs, but nothing I can justify. oh well.

same, but my thought is if I can't finish watching maybe I can just finish listening. I can listen to a podcast while I work without much issue. Can't say the same for watching.

@doxiemoxie212 @Avrilmai I'm still one episode behind- I never got around to watching the season finale of last season. I feel like GoT isn't the kind of show I can put on in the background while I clean, like Parks and Rec or Rick and Morty. It needs my undivided attention.

I'm treating myself to a mani-pedi after a successful job interview this morning. They invited me back to do a demo lesson on Thursday. I'm still waiting to hear back from three other positions, so I have no clue what to do if they make me an offer. I may be breaking out the pros/cons lists this week.

My internet is being an A-hole.

And someone in my house left an index card on my computer with a recipe for enchiladas.
I don't like them anymore, because I really want enchiladas and we have nothing we need to make it except meat.

 Your boy Nolan is pretty nice to look at.

@msmeeseeks ha, i did. But i don't hate A-Rod anymore. I think he's been a decent commentator but admittedly my expectations were super low for him.  And yes, Nolan is. So pretty (his face and his fielding). A-Rod was on point calling him one of the world's greatest players.

Ahh! I am catching up on all the chatter, and missed the baseball talk!? Go Brewers! Only watched part of the All-Star game yesterday, since I like sleep...like a lot, but somehow I am still tired all the time. It makes no sense!
