Hello all! I'm very new to this game- 33yo first time mom here. My due date is March 8 so I'll be 10 weeks tomorrow.
So many unknowns and insecurities! I've had terrible OCD my whole life so I've decided to continue my medication to keep myself under control. Has anyone else had experience with SSRIs during pregnancy?
we have decided to do the early VISBILIT screening for gender etc because we're both eager beavers! Hoping to hear a heartbeat next week at our appt.
Also having anxiety because I did drink alcohol until what would be the 5th week when I took my pregnancy test. Can't go back in time but I certainly regret it now!!!
@monichkaf13 I took Zoloft with my first child and am still on it with this one (a much higher dose, too) - for generalized anxiety, which is induced by my and my family's health (so pregnancy is quite a trigger!). Talk to your doctor if you are concerned, but many are quite safe during pregnancy and the benefits of taking them far outweigh the downsides. If you don't already, I highly recommend counseling as well. It has been so beneficial for me and I am going more often now that I am pregnant, just to keep it in check. If you ever need to talk about it all, please reach out! Talking about it helps me feel so much better in the bad moments.
Also, anecdotally, my first swam in tequila at 5w (weird cycles, had been trying for 18m and was a late tester after lots of disappointments). Totally fine. Try not to worry!
Hi everyone! I have been lurking since this BMB was created and have finally decided to intro and get involved in these discussions. I'm 32 and going to be a FTM. I'm currently 10w1d with a due date of March 6. I had my first Ob appointment a week and a half ago and was just so thrilled to see the little peanut and hear the heartbeat. I'm super nervous about all of this unknown territory, so I'm hoping to get and give as much support here as possible!
Hey, (Hopefully this is the rt spot lol, new to the group) Second time momma. My DD is going to be 2 day after Christmas!! And this one "should come" on 3/6?? Lol My daughter was 2 days late so we'll see how this one goes.
Hi everyone! I'm pregnant with my 3rd and currently have 2 boys. I have a full-time job, i'm a mommy blogger (well mostly blog and IG) and in general, I spend my "free time" cleaning up toys from our stairs. Because you know... toys + stairs = ER visit.
Hello! I thought I'd intro myself so I'm not completely a lurker . This is baby #4 and my EDD is 3/24. Ive got 3 boys (5, 3, and 1), but this pregnancy had thrown me for a loop and I've been feeling like a ftm again! Hopefully I'll start feeling a little better and be more active here soon
Ash -- Married to my wonderful soldier, expecting our first in November
just went to the dr for the first time today. There's something in there and it's coming out march 23rd. This is the first, my husband and I have been together for 16 years, married for 6, and have been on the whatever happens happens plan on and off for a couple of years. This summer we decided to go for it and if it didn't happen start saving for a beach house. It happened.
Hello - due 3/31 expecting our rainbow...we lost our son Mars in March to SIDS. He was my husband's only child, and our only child together. I have 2 older sons from my first marriage. My children are my everything.

Thank you. 2 weeks after returning to work our perfectly healthy baby took a nap at daycare and never woke up - we are still completely destroyed, but we have renewed hope with this pregnancy we will be able to fulfill our dream of being parents together. I turn 41 next month so feel so lucky I was able to get pregnant on my own after 4 months of trying - so happy to be able to join this board!

Hello all! FTM, 29 yo, EDD is 3/13. Looking forward to connecting here, my work schedule is currently at odds with my only mom friend and I am full of questions.
Well, I'm still a bit in shock to be here, but very excited! My DS just turned 1 this month (August 2016 BMC), and DD is not quite 3 (September 2014 BMC). I had been feeling a little off and took a home pregnancy test last week to get a fast BFP! That day I had blood work done to reveal a high HCG which my doctor further explained puts me at least at 8 weeks! Tomorrow I'll have a confirming ultrasound, and I'm guessing I could be anywhere from 10.5-12.5 weeks by now. I had no idea this was coming, but looking back at the past couple months, some of the minor signs were there. We always discussed having a third, but I didn't think it would happen this quickly! In a way, it's a relief to know my first trimester has been relatively easy and is nearly over, but it's also a bit nerve-wracking knowing I haven't known I was pregnant this whole time!
Also, I work full time and live with my lovely family in Georgia. Crazy to think we'll have 3 kiddos under 3.5 years!
First time mom and I am already super excited! My EDD is March 15. I had a miscarriage a year ago and was a little nervous for this pregnancy but at my first ultrasound everything looked good and I saw baby's little heart beating and all my blood tests came back looking good. Honestly I am still a bit nervous but I think this pregnancy will go well. Glad to be here.
Hey everyone! I'm 30, expecting my first March 7th. I'm a newlywed, just moved, and about to start student teaching, so a lot is changing for me. Congrats to everyone.
Hello! I'm a first time mom-to-be, very recently married this summer in June and not quite sure I'm ready to take this big plunge! My EDD is 3/31, so in all likelihood I'll be an April Mom, but I thought I'd be hopeful and join the March group

Hi everyone, very new here. First time mom, I'm 10w2d today. Have my first appointment next week and am also considering the road of midwife, so will be looking to open discussion at my appointment about that.
Not really sure what else to say? I'm 25, married, husband just got his PhD, and looking to move about 8 hours away... was planning on that in February but may need to tweak those plans being due mid-march.
Looking forward to creating some great mom relationships and sharing this journey with you all!
Hello! I don't want to be a complete lurker/stranger anymore. My name is Melanie. I'm 35, FTM. I'm 11w2d today, EDD 3/8/18. I have been hesitant to join in due to a MC the last year, but things have gone much better this time around!
Hi everyone, this is my 4th kiddo. I have an almost 9yr old, a 6yr old and a almost 3 yr old. I had 3 miscarriages along the way so this is my 7th pregnancy. I go in today for my first u/s. I will know my dates better after that. I suck at keeping track of my highly irregular cycles so I am somewhere between 8-11 weeks, which I think puts me in March.
First time mom to our little bean due 3/18! Big whoops but we couldn't be happier about it. I'm 10 weeks and 2 days right now and I'm struggling to maintain my weight which has never been an issue in the past. Any advice for low appetites is appreciated. Glad it should be over in a few weeks and I can really focus on getting ready for our little one!
Hi everyone! I am new to TB, so please be patient as I get to know acronyms and all! I will be a STM with an EDD on 3/24/17. I have a DD who will turn 11 one week before this due date. She actually had the exact same DD and came one week early! I recently got married in May 2017 and this is our first child together. We are so so so excited! Have been lurking for a month or so, and decided to rip the bandaid off and post!
Hey everyone! I am so excited to be here. Just had our first doctors appt so feel great about joining the group. I have a 3.5 year DS and can't wait for baby #2. EDD 3/25
