I've got the main part of the baby's room together. It just needs some blinds, things put away and to be decorated.
This was the dresser that was in my nursery, I just repainted it to match.
Sorry this pic is a little weird, I tried to use the panoramic setting and it was kinda dark in the room. We still need to figure a good lighting situation out. But I cleaned up the chair that was at my grandmas nursing home and got the walls painted. (The chair is a geriatric lift chair haha but it is memory foam and SO comfortable).
Here is our crib and wall motif. We are going for a "woodland creatures" theme for DS. Have a matching changing table and a grass green rug for the room; have ordered a few other things but they are delayed in shipping.
@Cats*in*space I love it!!!! We got the whole "set" crib and there another dresser not pictured here easy to put together. The door opens to two pull out shelfs so thinking of getting baskets for that.
Ok so I love all things girly, pink, Disney.... This is my daughter's room which will also be the new baby girl's room. We are literally just adding her name to the wall. Lol. I wish I had a picture of the whole room....

The first picture was before we got the crib. Then the crib came (along with the bedding). It's a studio Ghibli Miyazaki film from Japan (where my husband and I went on our honeymoon and our favorite place in the world).
Baby's room is coming together! Glider arrives tomorrow. Someone bought us our sheets (which match changing pad cover) for our shower but they aren't here yet, and we'll order the mattress once our registry completion discount is active at beginning of July. Very happy with how it turned out.
@heatherlynn321 seriously that is adorable! I'm impressed with all of you Mama's and your amazing nurseries!! This is baby number 3 and I have never really done a theme. We are redoing the older kiddos rooms right now and it has been really fun. The baby will have her crib in our room for awhile then we will move her in with our oldest.
Everyone here has such adorable rooms! Thanks so much for the inspiration
Making some progress on our woodland creatures-themed nursery. Still waiting on the mobile and a lot of wall decor (and hoping to do some drawings myself) to help spruce up the place; also need to figure out a time to put up the decorative curtains, but happy to have all of the furniture in! Can't believe the little guy will be here in just two months!
For some reason the images are not posting for me, but you can see them here.
Haha I see it did end up posting pictures even though it wasn't working from my end yesterday! Sorry about the overload. @margareth I was given a gift card to the Land of Nod and couldn't resist the turtle. It was waaay too expensive and there is no way I would have bought it with my own money, but I am totally in love with it!!! @Cats*in*space was totally going for the grass look to go with the trees and creatures. Got the rug from IKEA
Luke's room was a man cave that needed a lot of tlc. We just finished everything and have just started the process of setting it up! We put in new windows and drywall. Before
This is may be more common than I think but I tried this IKEA hack I saw on pintrested that used $3.99 spice racks for book shelves and it turned out really useful and took up hardly any space, so I thought I would share.
DH got this set up while I was at work yesterday. It's coming along. We are trying to get his name stitched on the valance that came with the sheet set. Then we'll hang it over the crib. We also still need a toy box and a small dresser or shelves for organization.

@bnmort8 thanks! Our nursery isn't super fancy or impressive but we tried to make it last a few years and not be too banish. spend less than 300$ on it and I think that's impressive haha. I love ikea hacks
I got the largest sized dots. They were super easy to apply. We actually cut each dot individually, stuck it with sticky tack for placement, and then peeled it off the liner when we were happy. I'll another picture of the dots soon. They look like the picture on the website though!
