@purplg8r Puerto Rico and gifted courses! You are a hard act to follow. Good luck on your last day of school today.

    Month/Cycle: 1/1

    CD: 16

    WAYDTGKU: PNVs, BBT, OPKs, charting

R/R: How is it almost June already? This short week also feels super long already.

    CS/Q:

GTKY: tell me about your favorite teacher/professor.
My favorite teacher was my choir teacher. She taught us from 8th grade through senior year of high school and was so amazing. She even came to my wedding 7 years later. The best thing about her was her honesty and that she cared so much about her "kids".  I often see other past students commenting about her on Facebook.

@shortstack930 GL today! Thinking of you

@purplg8r Yay for getting your run in today, enjoy your last day with the kiddos

@olive_lane Oh I know, I was just saying yesterday how the heck is it June already?!

    Month/Cycle 9/10

    CD 13

WAYDTGKU Really no major O signs yet but we DTD this morning since we leave for my ILs tomorrow. However, DH & I are staying in a hotel room Sat night for a wedding so it'll be on then too. Maybe we'll have a chance after all

R/R I need to put the above here! Work today is going to be nightmarish. Just have to get through the day

    CSQ

GTKY: I'd have to say my favorite teacher was my 11th grade English teacher. Man he was tough but I learned so much from him. He'd walk in the room and slam his hand against the side of the filing cabinet to get our attention

@purplg8r Sounds like your day is off to an awesome start! Enjoy your last day :)

@olive_lane Wowza! That is some awesome teacher! It's so cool that you guys stayed in touch all those years.

@RVAmom515 FX for good timing and enjoying an evening away this weekend ;)

    Month/Cycle: 7/5

    CD: 4

WAYDTGKU: Right now? WFAF to GTFO, BBT, and Clomid

R/R: I had trouble rolling over after taking my temp at 4:30. To top it off, the vet decided to call me back 20 minutes before my alarm. I'm gonna be sleepy today.

CS/Q: I've seen conflicting things on Dr. Google (haven't checked TCOYF or FF yet), but should Clomid do any funny things to my temp?

GTKY: I had an awesome professors in college. He was a literature teacher who was quite the character. He had to be in his mid forties, had a pierced ear, and only wore cowboy boots. But he taught about literature in an amazing way. We would have these crazy discussions about theories and interpretations. He always made me feel like my ideas were so revolutionary and insightful. Nothing about his classes felt like work. Plus one time he agreed we should all go to the movies for class. We saw the Great Gatsby then went to the bar for our discussion.

@RVAmom315 FX your timing works out

    Month/Cycle: 9/9 (6/6, 3/3 AL)

    CD: 19

    WAYDTGKU: All the things

R/R: Ugh, so I didn't temp or bring OPKs while I was on my girls weekend, and now I have no f'ing clue what's going on. Monday temp was normal pre-O (97.10). Yesterday was 97.72 BUT I apparently turned off the alarm in my sleep and then temped 40 minutes after that so I'm not sure if I trust it. This morning was 97.70 but I woke up about 30 minutes before my alarm because my arm was asleep so I rearranged myself a little bit, realized it was so close to the alarm, and temped. Laid in bed for 20ish minutes, temped again and it was 97.57. OPKs have all been super negative. Had some EWCM Monday, teeny bit Tuesday but then it dried up. Just going to have to wait and see what happens tomorrow. FX I sleep to my alarm so there's no questions.

    CS/Q:

GTKY: tell me about your favorite teacher/professor. When I went back to school for my bachelor's my team dynamics professor (Gary Lubbert) was awesome. The class was 6 - 10pm, and he was always able to keep us engaged. I was also working at the university, and he was a wonderful co-worker. Unfortunately he passed away from cancer last year.

@RVAmom315 keep positive, maybe DTD in a hotel will add some excitement at the right time.

@LoveInDC do you normally wake up at 4:30? It would be so hard to get up that early and remember to temp. Also, I love that your prof took the class to a bar for a discussion. What a fun way to learn!

@KariAnn323 Ugh, I hate when temping gets messed up right when it counts. FX your chart works itself out and you get some good timing regardless.

@olive_lane DH's first alarm is at 4:30 unfortunately lol I roll over and get up at 7:30, but my sleep is so unreliable for those hours, it's better just to temp right away.

@Dilynne I hope you kick ass at work today <3 No pressure to be at 100% (for work, or TTC). Sometimes it takes a bit longer than we'd like to feel "normal" or be ourselves again. Here for you if you need anything.

    WAYDTGKU: all the normal things

R/R: I am apparently still recovering from the long weekend and slept an extra hour after temping.  Still so tired. And so much work to catch up on.

GTKY: I had lots of great teachers/professors so it's hard to pick a favorite. My 8th grade math teacher really got me interested in math (and now I'm an engineer). One of my professors was very "open door" policy and we talked a lot. He helped me see opportunities that were outside the box for what I thought I had to do with my degree. I love what I do now!

GTKY: tell me about your favorite teacher/professor. My favorite teacher was in public school he was a young good looking guy (Mr Searle) he was very supportive and pushed all of us to work harder. I was a lot more active back then and he told my parents I could be in the Olympics one day. Haha that didn`t happen but it was nice to know someone thought I was super athletic.

WAYDTGKU: PNV, OPK... tried MacaHarmony last cycle and I felt great but my cycle was four  days longer than usual... so I stopped. Not sure what to do in terms of supplements now... maybe just stick with good nutrition....

R/R: BFN after four days late this morning... followed by AF 30 mins later. Just questioning all my decisions and trying to figure out a new game plan this morning.

    CS/Q:

GTKY: tell me about your favorite teacher/professor.
College professor in my field who really encouraged and pushed me. Pushed me to complete a senior thesis and then eventually to get it published. An excellent resource and reference to this day.

R/R: After a 5 day weekend I'm exhausted. I simultaneously can't believe it's already Wednesday and only Wednesday.

CS/Q: I've been terrible at temping this cycle.

GTKY: tell me about your favorite teacher/professor.  I've had a lot of favorite teachers over the years but I'd say my ultimate favorite would be one of my professors from the first college I went to. I had a rough start to my college career and she definitely got me back on course. She taugh my favorite (history) classes and really pushed me to succeed. When I decided to transfer schools she wrote me an honest but glowing recommendation to her alma mater where I went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude. If it weren't for her I don't think I would have achieved that.

    WAYDTGKU: Things

R/R: Sorry to P&G today but I have 10min of my lunch break left followed by 4 patients so it's one of thise days. Nothing much going on outside the norm. Just anxiously awaiting my DH to get home on Friday and keeping my FX this eggy hold out to give us a glimmer of hope this cycle. I'm kind of just read to fast forward to next month though when we will have our first real undisrupted opportunity to TTC.

    CS/Q: Not today

GTKY: tell me about your favorite teacher/professor.
I had a fantastic teacher in Grad school who was super engaging and enthusiastic about her work. The class was also extremely interesting in general (sexual health therapy) and she made everyone feel really comfortable learning and discussing the material even though sometimes it was realllly outside my box. We actually watched porn IN CLASS and then talked about it. Like wuut? Ever since I took that class I have always wanted to go back to school to get a certification in sexual health.

Got a no-show so that gives me time to come back and comment  :)

    @purplg8r Happy last day!

@olive_lane I had a really great choir teacher too. He was a goofball but that made choir really fun... although I don't know if it helped in terms of taking the class seriously.

    @RVAmom315 Yay for hotel sex!

@KariAnn323 Ugh, that's frustrating about your temp. If you haven't had a +opk yet I would assume the temps are off though? Do you normally get +OPKs before O? Do you think you may have missed your surge?

@hollieileen So sorry about CD1 and having to go through that. I would be SO upset with my body if I was 4 days late! Hugs.

@shortstack930 Great job with the shot! I would have a really hard time doing that. So excited for you tomorrow!

@mschanandlerbong1214 Hey you.. I was wondering where you have been the past few days.

@JennyColada I was so good about temping my first 4 cycles when I was TTA and now that I am actually TTC I skip days (mostly the weekends) all the time.  :D I don't miss the week leading up to O though.

@garnetandgoldgrace Yay for a new car! My DH and I are going to start car shopping next weekend. My lease is up at the end of June so I have to get something new!

@JJMNO1616 No shows are both good and bad, haha. My loan officers always crack up because I always write "NCNS" (No Call No Show) which is leftover from my days in retail. Since both the loan officers have worked in retail as well they crack up "oh no, that customer is going to get a write up!"

@JennyColada Yes, some days I am praying for a no-show or cancellation and other days I'm super annoyed. It just depends on if I am behind on notes and have other things to do lol. I hate just sitting at work with nothing to do but when I feel behind it can be a much needed opportunity to get caught up! They totally should get a write up though... it's just rude.

R/R:  Rant, migraine, Rave, spent the evening with my niece and nephews.

CS/Q: question, how long would you wait to get a period from Provera before calling your doctor?  Last cycle he said it would take 4-5 days after my last pill, it came first thing in the morning of day 4.  I am now taking it again, end of day 5, and nothing.

GTKY: tell me about your favorite teacher/professor.  I have so many, I can't chose.  Probably my Latin teacher in high school.  She truly cared.

@Dilynne , what was the book?
@LoveInDC, just curious, why are you temping on clomid?  I am about to start clomid and was planning on temping, but have heard conflicting reasoning why to temp and not.  I didn't know it could affect your temps, which I am not a sound sleeper, so maybe I should not temp ...  Anyway, just want more opinions on the subject so I can decide to commit or not.

@mispanda yes a nurse at the RE showed me how to do the trigger and then gave me a very detailed instruction pamphlet with pictures and everything. I think it was easier to do it myself rather than having someone else do it. I totally get you on the labs--all of my tests have been normal too so it's like you're almost hoping something will be abnormal just so they can finally figure out what's going on.

@ramzlau No emergency! Pup just needed a vaccine is all. FX for your temps to make sense and your last time in TWW ;)

@holly321 I've had conflicting experiences with Provera. My first AF came 4 days after my last pill. My second came only 2 days after my last pill. I say if you don't see anything by Friday, then call (tomorrow if the office is closed on Fridays). As for temping on Clomid, I think the majority of claims against temping is mental sanity, but I'm not quite sure if that's all it is because everything I read on that limited subject is so vague. I plan on temping because I never ovulate and I want to know if this does the trick before CD23 labs.
