1. How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 8 weeks, raspberry! 2. How are you feeling? Horrendous. The MS is killing me. Had to call out of work yesterday. And kid won't let me eat anything. I'm thinking I might not gain much weight this pregnancy. (Which I'm totally ok with, I'm already like 20 lbs overweight so i don't really need to.) 3. Any appointments this week? nope 4. Rants, raves, questions? Not yet. 5. GTKY: what's the one food you could eat every day for the rest of your life? (Stolen from Friday and Saturday ticker change) though the thought of it currently causes my stomach to churn, usually tacos.
@cait5413 the vinegar part intimidates me lol! I've been saying I'm going to do it for a year now
@breezybee I've of course found other moms online who paddle board right up to their 9th month. The exercise itself is amazing but my gyno said if I can fall then it's not worth the risk. I don't mind paddling just on my knees but I guess then I'd still feel guilty for going. My husband was there when she told me no so I feel like that one is set in stone now lollll. 1 gyno told me it's on and safer than biking. Idkk. And to be pouty I'll say kayaking just feels so different and boring lol

@AMCsquared Haha ok ok no kayaking TBH, I really only enjoy kayaking when there's a cooler full of beer involved lol. How is biking bad???? I love biking around my hood!
Haha @breezybee. My gyno said biking is bad bc if u fall it can injure the bump. She made it sound like it was the number one worst sports choice of all for pregnancy so I was like uh ok. I'm still convincing myself that I'm going to listen about no paddling lol. If my dh wasn't there to hear it I'd probably be doing it before my visable bump arrives.

A little late this week, at the beach last weekend which was *glorious*! 10 weeks, strawberry
2. How are you feeling?
Yoy guys, I feel amazing. I think I've finally turned the corner of first trimester despair. No nausea, no hungover like feeling. Taking half a Unisom at night. Continuing with tender breasts/fatigue and what I think is occasional RLP.
3. Any appointments this week?
Harmony test Wednesday. Next US is the 23rd.
4. Rants, raves, questions?
I am just so so so happy that I feel better. I was pretty much incapacitated from 6-10 weeks. Hoping it sticks, a girl could get used to feeling human again.
5. GTKY: what's the one food you could eat every day for the rest of your life? (Stolen from Friday and Saturday ticker change)
Sushi, Mexican food, buffalo chicken dip. All the healthy things.
@KathrynJ088 how many kiddos do you have, are they excited? DF and I have 3 combined not including this LO, this LO is our only mutual child. His daughter is 6 and she's so excited! my boys will be 3 next month and they don't quite understand yet.
Hey all, so I finally just caught onto the ticker change. I had done it randomly on days. And realized it's supposed to be the day you count your weeks on. lol I apologize, blonde moment. So here's mine I copied and pasted from Monday's I believe lol. 1. How many weeks are you? 10weeks What size is baby? A Strawberry! 2. How are you feeling? I am feeling ok. As long as I snack throughout the day the nausea seems to take a back seat. Right about now is when I start to feel it more after dinner. I get almost 9 1/2 hours of sleep every night which is double than what I needed before being pregnant but I'm still tired. Just trying to listen to my body more. And rest as often as I can. 3. Any appointments this week? no 4. Rants, raves, questions? I just can't wait till my next appt. we are just so very excited and want everything to be ok. Being pregnant is a huge "letting go of control" lesson for me lol. I don't necessarily need to be in control of everything , I just wish I can see what's going on inside my belly. Just trying to stay in the moment. 5. GTKY what is the one food you could eat for everyday for the rest of your life? pizza. Definitely pizza.
@bethk1993 I've got 2, D'S Hayden just turned 10 and DD Molly is 8. They've been waiting quite a while for another LO. This is also my DH's first biological babies, although we've been together practically since DS was born.
@ShyTonia I totally get what u mean about having to give up control. I started to learn that while ttc and wow its hard while preg! I just wish we could constantly know everything was ok

@AMCsquared we have SO much in common except for sushi! Ha! I hope May 31 comes fast for you ughhhh. I was going to ask you when yours was but I just found it here hehe. Also I feel like I have been pregnant Fooooorever! Lol so grateful. And some times I totally forget I'm pregnant too. My nausea has definitely lessened, but seems to be more present in the early evening to bed time. Also some headaches have started here and there.
@AMCsquared my next appt is this Friday at my obgyn for follow up and the doppler to hear the HB! (I will feel sooooo much better after that) Then my 12 week scan is the 23rd!
