Day 3 results and questions

so I got my day 3 results; I'm 39 and my FSH is 5.7, my LH is 6.4, my progesterone is 1.1 and estradiol is below 40, they didn't give a number...I have googled a lot but not sure what low estradiol means? Help!

From what I remember, for Day 3 blood work, you want a low estradiol number, in combination with a low FSH.  REs look at FSH level for ovarian reserve, and they typically look for a level below 9.  When it's high, it's an indication that your ovarian reserve is low because your body is working extra hard to grow follicles.  They look at estradiol too, because high estradiol can suppress FSH level.

Thanks. My AMH was posted today at 34.9....it has risen since last May; I'm guessing it's the PCOS to blame

@junicek my AMH was super high too. Otherwise thought, your numbers look great!!

Thanks @Irisheyes81 last year my numbers were good so I felt optimistic but my dr said no matter how good your numbers are, the prevailing fact is you're 38 and that trumps it all...which was depressing!!
