Postpartum.... "parts"

We're at 2 weeks pp here and it feels like I have a cactus shoved up my vag.  Do you think this is normal? I had 2nd degree tearing followed by stitches.   I also have a 3yo so I may be overdoing it by ta king care of her. Should I make an appointment with my doc to check it out?

Yes make an appointment jut to make sure you don't have some kind of infection.
