How is everyone doing with their goals so far this week?
@SoldiersMom I was going to ask if you could exercise with your dog! glad you found a way to do so.
@50Wife@sarelizr@kbamomma33 confession: I've never made a sheet pan dinner, you guys are making me wonder what I'm missing out on. I'll have to give one of these recipes a try.
@icecubeinthedesert I love that you're using the room for yoga and incorporating it into your practice. that is lovely
@Amphibious22 I agree with @AliW220 running a mile without stopping is impressive to me! are you doing anything else to prep for the bootcamp?
@AliW220 How was the quinoa tex mex casserole? I think I have that same recipe pinned, but haven't tried it yet.
@LoveInDC awesome that you finished your first 30 day challenge. Sending you lots of positive thoughts and well wishes for that new diet. I know it must be a challenge.
@vflux33 that's a great tip about getting a glass of water in before the coffee. I'm going to try that! Exercising when you're sick is the worst. I'm super impressed you were able to get in 30 mins. I'm usually a lump when I'm sick
@RatParade sorry you're still here, but welcome. I hope we can be a support for you. I'm with you on the better breakfasts. I've done some muffin tin egg "frittatas" I noticed you said mostly vegetarian recipes. Are you a vegetarian or just trying to avoid meat?
@sunniegrly GL staying diet coke free! I know that can be a challenge.
@Cricket648 I said it in another thread, but I'm envious of that mac&cheese
TTC#1 10/2016 TTC/IF:included medicated cycles, IUIs and 2 rounds of IVF with 1 embryo each. BFP finally in 12/2018

@Avrilmai I never got around to making it it's been a crazy week (aren't they all?) At least last night I got a salad at Mcdonalds instead of something worse...

@Avrilmai My H is vegetarian (bordering on vegan) so I'm mostly a supportive vegetarian haha. I don't really enjoy meat anyway so it's not too difficult. Plus it ties in with my goal of eating more veggies/whole foods.

@RatParade acknowledging the need for a change is a good first step. You'll get there.
@vflux33 I saw your post in the other thread. You deserve ALL of the Mexican food with no regrets.
