I think I need noise canceling headphones to wear until I've finished my morning coffee.

DD2 is boycotting sleeping in her own bed lately, so I get a crappy night of sleep that involved her constantly wedging herself up against me, I have a stiff neck and am exhausted. I've also now got a cold, so that's fun.
Finally decided to have a yard sale this coming weekend to start purging our house before this baby and all its stuff takes over, but according to the weather, it's supposed to be "heavy rain" on Saturday. Fingers crossed that changes, because this is the only weekend it will work for us to do it until the end of June
And I went to pour myself some cereal and apparently one of my kids spilled it and then tried putting it all back in the box because a giant wad of hair came out with it

@sjohns08 oh no! Yesterday, I gave DS a chicken and cheese wrap for lunch. At some point, it fell on the floor. As I was sweeping it up, I turned around to find DS eating chicken out of the dustpan
It's not even 10am and I already want a nap. My eyes are sooooo heavy. DS NEEDS TO SLEEP PAST 5:30AM.

I have already been waking up 2 times in the MOTN to pee (even with going right before bed, and as soon as I wake up). If this is 10.5 weeks I'm probably going to need to give in and get a catheter soon!
My bfest is my landlord (again) promising last week he d come today to replace all baseboards and quarter round.... Showing up with only quarter rounds today to save money on our as*es. When we have flipped what used to be a shitty apt into a nice apt (changing fixtures and stuff he should be paying for without asking him for refunds).
DH insists on sleeping with the window open almost year round (it's a source of constant conflict lol). Now that it's allergy season, it's killing me. I can't breath.
@purplestarz I don't even understand. The bugs? The airplane noise? The traffic noise? The messing with the ACs ability to dehumidify? THE DAMN BARKING DOGS???
My BFest is that purplestarz has to sleep with the windows open.
Another one. Yesterday we went to help out MIL and FIL to clean out their garage and thought it would be great if we could take the stroller SIL was keeping for us there... To free some space for their stuff and also start gathering babys stuff at our place so that we know what we need or dont.... We got there... And the stroller was nowhere to be found. H called his sister only to find out the stroller she said shes been keeping for us and couldnt wait for us to have.... Well she sold it.
Ive always loved her and still do and we got along ssssso good. This week, im hating on her.
@tyannej girl, that was me last night too. And I have a lovely U-shaped maternity pillow. Ugh. I'm. So. Sleepy.
My BF: DH cannot replace a roll of toilet paper to save his (or anyone else's) life. He will leave the empty roll on the holder and rest a new one on top of it. But as for actually replacing - NOPE. I've brought it up for years. I've refused to change it myself in hopes that he will actually do it. Then I end up without toilet paper. Grrrr.
I work in a department store and apparently no one wants to work today. It's like the Monday after Superbowl or something. Which leaves me scrambling to find people to come in. And one of them was our administrative assistant so I had to submit payroll and do the rest of the things she does on a Monday, which is her busiest day. All on top of what I normally need to do on Mondays. Naturally, here I am procrastinating. Thankfully I have tomorrow off!
DD2 got invited to a BDay party for a boy in her class. Party is tonight. A Monday night. A school Monday night. She can actually go because we don't have dance Monday's. Our only day off. So of course I have to take her. But guess what, his mom didn't give the class the invites until 4 days ago!!! So I just bought his gift today. With no clue of what 7 year old boys like, I took DD2s word for it and got his a pokemon puzzle in a poke ball, and a little John Cena WWF plush keychain guy thing. I mean , I have no idea who this kid is, and it still together was like 15 bucks. The short notice thing is what ticks me off most. Not even that it's a Monday night party.
@sdarling2010 I think I kept turning because I'm naturally a stomach sleeper and it's so uncomfortable now, and my dr told me to try to not sleep on my back since I have a history of back problems on top of being small and pregnant so I was constantly turning on my sides and I couldn't handle it. I just got a pillow and I'm praying it helps! I got reviews from some of my local mom friends on it so fingers crossed I don't look like a zombie tomorrow!

Thank you for your concern he says he needs fresh air in order to breathe at night.

For years I've been trying to tell him how AC works.
i just bought tickets to Peppa Live tomorrow night. 4 tickets (not great seats) $172. WTF?! Peppa better be handing out $20s.
We went to see Peppa live and it was ok. The weird part was that all the younger characters were these strange puppet things with an actual person standing behind them controlling them. Only the parents were people inside an actual costume. I would attach a picture to better explain if I could. Either way the kids loved it. But yea we paid about the same. Even my son needed a ticket, and he was only 11 months and sat on our laps the whole time.
@tyannej makes sense! I hope you have some relief with your new pillow tonight!!
I love my pillow but it just wasn't working out last night. I think I keep waking because I'm worried about what position I'm sleeping in too. I'm also a stomach sleeper. With a left hip that already hurts it's hard to stay on that side. The back is most comfy for me right now but I know it's not ideal. Add it to the list of everything else we have to worry about while pregnant! Woo!
@sdarling2010 right there with you. I have a C shaped body pillow but i still wake up very often at night. Im a stomach sleeper. And i think im stressing too much about which position i sleep in... And thats the source of my sleep issue. That and my boobs hurt too much if i put a little weight on them while i sleep
Minor BF. My tailbone pain is back again and I was waddling all weekend. It's really annoying because it's exacerbated by the most random motions - like reaching to unplug the vacuum or putting away cereal on top shelf. My DH thought it was cute that I'm waddling like I'm 9mo pg but I'm not feeling it.

@canonmom413 last minute invites drive me nuts! We have gotten invites 3 times this school year between my two kids that were all less than a week's notice. One of them was the DAY BEFORE the party. I told DD that she couldn't go because I was so irritated. Plus I saw it as being like DD was the "b list" invite.
But on top of that all, who the hell has a party on a Monday night?? Let alone a school night. That's ridiculous
Also annoyed with waking up in the middle of the night to pee. It happens either once or twice and if it happens anything around 4/4:30 or shortly after, I can't fall back asleep. I just toss and turn.
I had the stomach flu last week and after 5 days past I thought it had missed the rest of the house... nope wrong! My husband ended up with it Saturday which means I get to wait another 7 days to see if DD gets it. Which im sure she will because that's the law the of the stomach flu lol also today when I was dropping her off at daycare she fell and face planted she was ok but hormonal me felt so bad for her and I've been upset all day! Counting down until I can go pick her up and give her hugs
@wittyacronym YES! Leggings and PJ pants are the only thing I'm comfortable in right now. Me and work pants are not friends right now and I refuse to buy maternity clothes yet. But I'm really squishing myself into these damn pants.
I hate my 20 lb "mini" yorkie today! She's getting older which is what I contribute most of her quirky behavior to. But lately she likes to jump down out of bed in the middle of the night and then come paw at my side of the bed until I pick her too-fat-to-jump-up-in-bed butt off the floor. Last night she did this every freaking hour! If I ignore her she just sits and paws at my side of the bed (never DHs side.) Normally it just wakes me up and bothers me but last night she finally got on DH's nerves too.
*We've tried stairs and she won't use them. I know that will be suggested.*
My BF is my stupid neck (old injury). I slept like garbage all weekend because it was killing me. I went to the chiropractor today so hoping it will be better tonight.
