I am personally all about the smoking. I got my DH a weber smoker last year for his Bday and it was the best present I have ever gotten for myself. Smoked ribs, smoked pork, smoked brisket, smoked tuna, the list just goes on and on! Personally, I'm not a fan of edible arrangements, something about fruit that doesn't go bad for a month scares me. Not sure what any of this has to do with the date. Welcome to the board. We're all really nice and welcoming here, especially of trolls that aren't even creative. Best to you!
