Do you prefer salty foods or is the sweet tooth strong in you?

I will say, though, that although I voted salty, Elena has wanted ALL the sweet food this pregnancy. It's been a struggle.

I put sweet because 98% of the time that is what I prefer but lately all I want is a pan full of bacon and salty chips and queso. Mmmmmm.

Most of the time I am completely sweet. But since being pregnant I haven't been eating any sweets. Like, DH bought a giant bag of Reese's hearts this past weekend, and I've eaten two. Whaaaatttt?

Also, now I really want queso. Thanks a lot guys!

I voted sweet, because that's my usual jam. But this pregnancy, I've been all about the salt. Pickles! V8! My mom's seriously concerned about my bp.

Im also a BIG sucker for sweet n salty meals. We got a lot of those in our moroccan/algerian cuisine.

I love both. But I'll eat less sweet stuff than salty just because sweet tends to make me feel so blah and I have cavities I need to get filled and sweet kills my teeth currently. 

You know what sounds really good? Bacon dipped in syrup. Give me all the bacon

@sjohns08 because I'm all about the food, there's a doughnut shop here that makes a bacon doughnut with maple syrup. Sounds horrendous, in actuality it's amazeballs.

I voted sweet because that's what this baby wants, and I'm giving it to her. She is certainly a sweets babe. For me normally im all about the salty. Give me a bag of potato chips, and i'll easily punish the whole thing.

I have definitely always had a sweet tooth, so I voted sweet, but I've noticed that with both this pregnancy and even more with my last I want nothing to do with sweets in my first trimester.

Definitely salty. I want chips and guacamole SO bad right now, but I have no guacamole.

I have a preference for sweet foods usually, but I voted both because the sweet foods I eat are like, chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered salted caramel, etc.

Also. Dark Chocolate > Milk Chocolate. Fight me.

@Myelhsa again, why do I have to choose? I love dark chocolate. I love milk chocolate. I love white chocolate. Crunch chocolate. Caramel chocolate.

Just no coconut. Leave coconut away from chocolate. It's just wrong.

@natleilynn Now that I'm in my second trimester I'm starting to as well! I'm sure I'll make up for lost time lol, especially with summer coming...mmmm ice cream!

 @acnd08 One of my fave party snacks is taking a bag of chips and topping it with dark chocolate chips then nuking it for like 20-30 seconds.

Both. True story.  I walked into the store this week and bought 3 qts of ice cream and 4 jars of pickles.  I half expected the cashier to be like...when are you due.

@Myelhsa My husband would love that! He is the guy that wants to dump the M&M's in the tub of popcorn at the movies. We never share. I'll pay $300 for a couple tubs of popcorn at the theater to avoid his M&M sorcery.

But that's one of the positives - it's basically diet food, therefore you can eat as much as you'd like.

The sweet tooth is very strong in my family.  I currently have three different kinds of easter candy sitting on my coffee table in reach of my confined to the couch self.  Starburst jelly beans...mmmmm
