I found a lightened up version of lasagna that I made a couple of weeks ago and it was so good! I'm all about the recipes from Pinterest.

That looks yummy. I wonder if using the so-called no-pre-cooking lasagna noodles would work just as well? I've had good luck with them and it takes way less effort.

I'm making these cheesecake Easter baskets for DH to take to the nurses at work. Going to pipe some green "grass" and I have colored twizzlers instead of rainbow sour handles. They are super easy/quick to make plus fun so I'm excited for them.

I've seen those cheesecakes @SWE2 so cute! Did you know they make "edible grass"? Super convenient instead of piping it. And it's not coconut, because I can't stand the texture of coconut. I find it at Target in their Easter section.

@hp_momma I did not know that! I always thought it was just coconut which I hate. Will try that next time. I actually like piping and decorating.

I've made burp cloths similar to these. Still need to take pictures once I can get to them! I, Also, made swaddle blankets, no pun though, that are super easy. Very similar to the link below if you want 2 sides or you can just hem them and have a super light weight one. I did mainly a single because it's so hot in Florida, but did make a double sided one with light fabric.

Ive made a minky blanket before where it's the mommy on one side and cotton fabric on the other. I'm thinking of attempting this version for this little guy, but not with the appliqué.

My mom made cupcakes similar to this when we were kids. She'd dye frosting and coconut green for the grass, and use pipe cleaners as the basket handles. I want to make them with my kids when they're old enough to help.

I found the idea via Pinterest to do finger paints in the bathtub...but I definitely didn't make the paints myself (as a true Pinterest afficianado would have)- Target sells them, and it was awesome!
