Anyone test today?  8dpo and I stayed strong and flushed the FMU!  Go me. It is the small things right?  Chart is still looking good. Temp is still up.

I did not test today. 

I did take a nap yesterday and am ready for one today. That said, I'm running a rec program while the kids on are Spring Break and spend my morning running around playing soccer or dodgeball.

Thursday updates!  How is everyone doing/feeling?  

Here's my update: I slept like crap. DH is out of town for work.  I temped at 5:45, because I was tossing and turning to see a huge temp drop. Almost to
my cover line.  I was cold last night. I think sleeping horribly and not having a warm body next to me caused it. Well at least I hope. I swear after every dream I had I woke up.  

Symptoms:  I have creamy mucus, but that also might mean my period is on the horizon.  No clues there.  I am having some cramping/twinges but same thing.  I am not hopeful at all with this cycle.  

Rant!  I don't know if I like temping.  It is just another thing to worry about in the 2ww.  If I just went off my opk I would have given me the same date of ovulation so it didn't really help in that aspect.  And the ups and downs just confuse me!  And with the weather changing. One day I need the fan at night which makes me cold in the morning. The next night I need extra blankets.  If my room temperature isn't consistent, how can my body temps?

@hdaley I didn't like temping. Only did it 1 month. I simply go off of CM and that's it.

This!!!! I tried temping a while ago and hated it for all the reasons you mention ...sometimes I used blankets and sometimes not- sometimes I wore clothes to bed sometimes not...use of fans etc....all these things would give me wild swings in temp....I assume those who temp successfully keep these things the same each night but I just can't - I'm honestly glad to see I'm not the only one lol

I don't temp either-using the excuse that hyperthyroidism causes false high temps but really, I think it would just stress me out. You see posts about girls doing it vaginally in bed and I'm like, yeah.........no. 

I got nothing so far. But I've actually been rather distracted as it looks like I'm going to be changing jobs. My occasional travel clinic/shipping call company decided to offer me Tues/Wed/Thurs (they had offered M-F multiple times but I said no) with full bennies and 30% raise increase over what I make now at my Tues/Wed/Thurs gig. It's also a great group of people to work for and I think it would be very challenging. So I think I'm gonna do it!

3 dpo here. Trying to keep myself from thinking about all the what if's/could be's. I'm almost past the point where I had things 'planned out' (when we would tell DS, telling everyone else, gender announcement)before the mc which Im hoping will help me move past it more. IF it happens this month due date would be my grandparents anniversary but more likely date would be a week before that (I will likely have another csection unless I can talk DH into a VBAC) which is the anniversary of when DH's dad died. 

Our vacation next week might get canceled....I feel like I have so much to do before DS birthday party Saturday. There is so much going on in the next 3 days. 5 year well check today followed by gymnastics AND swimming lessons. Then staying up until I get the house clean. Tomorrow I plan on crafting for the party and baking cookies/cupcakes all day. Then soccer and then a shit ton of people coming over to hang out/spend the night before the party Saturday morning! Oh but not done yet

AFM - dude, I was so irritable and bitchy yesterday. So probably AF is on her ugly way. Or maybe it was just my super annoying students driving me insane yesterday. Night sweats, sore boobs, crazy dreams - they are all early pregnancy and PMS symptoms for me  

ETA - but I'm working from home today and my WONDFOs are calling my name from my bathroom.

My BBT thermometer works really well when DD has a fever  - that's the extent of it's purpose these days.  I feel like if you are really regular and O around the same time you don't need to temp.

I got a letter from my GP yesterday that the urine sample I provided 3 weeks when I went in for a UTI showed spilled bilirubin. 1) WTF on just hearing about that now? 2) Google shows no good news with that, but that a number of pretty simple things can cause a false positive. I had to go in today for a repeat urinalysis and blood work to check my liver function. I'm feeling a little anxious about that. 

That caused me to POAS this AM. Definite negative. (I don't know what I was expecting.) 

It dawned on me the other day that should we have luck this cycle my due date would be the date of my D&C.

@hdaley, I don't temp so I'm not positive. I had positive OPKs all day last Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning followed by a definite fade Thursday afternoon. So definitely not soon enough to be testing. But, you know... 

The doctors called back and said everything was within normal limits. "Must have just been that UTI that caused it." she said.

Some people just have some excess bilirubin b/c they make too much to be congugated/processed. They aren't jaundiced and it just shows up in urine/bloodwork. It's called Gilbert's Disease and it's totally harmless. Just FYI

and - bfn for me too. I wasn't planning to test but had to go to doctor today for an infected pilondial cyst (don't look it up - its gross and painful!) I need antibiotics and mentioned I'm trying to get pregnant so doc wanted to do urine test. Negative. 

Being in the same building as my OB's office and getting that negative pregnancy test was awful and I cried ugly as soon as I got to my car - of course I have to get to work and teach in an hour so no time to be sad.

@hdaley - um, I see ads on FB for it all the time... I used something similar while trying for my first. Honestly, it didn't help me much even though I had been trying for 12 cycles when I started using it. We were having sex at the right times, just didn't meet egg and sperm correctly....

Even though I had a negative pg test on friday (thank insensitive doctor at my PCP office. i think i left that part out. she clearly had NOT read my chart and had not seen that I have been pregnant twice with two losses when she asked "would this be a good thing if you are pregnant?") I was still holding on to a sliver of hope that it was too early and not FMU and less sensitive in office test.. but started spotting today, so yeah - back to CD1.

Sorry about all the BFNs ladies.  What a bummer!!  I'm still waiting on AF to arrive.  I think I have about two more weeks to wait.   Tapping my fingers over here.  Hurry up AF!   Never wanted my period so bad lol.

@ladipale - no of course not.  My chance for an Xmas baby passed when my last AF started.  Now we are looking at Jan. babies or Feb or March lol - possibly April then I'll have to revisit with OB about our next plan of action.
