I like them any way that involves the yolk being fully cooked. Runny yolks taste gross to me and kind of weird me out (even though i eat completely raw eggs in cookie dough without giving it a thought). The last month or so my jam has been cheddar cheese omelettes with Frank's Red Hot hot sauce.
I'm the opposite of @ellie111227, I prefer runny yolks, so I've been sad for 6 months now. I love them enough though that I've had easily 6 dozen eggs scrambled well with cheese or deviled or my current go-to : with cheese on a McMuffin. All day breakfast has been a life saver for me.
I like them over medium on toast, deviled eggs, egg salad, also like to scramble with potatoes and hot sauce, scrambled with American cheese and tomatoes on bread, I could go on. Some horrible karma for me or something is my son has a serious egg allergy so we are an egg free home. So now I always try and get my egg fix when I'm out somewhere without him.
I'm not a big egg person. I like deviled eggs and eggs over easy. I will also eat scrambled eggs or omelets with salsa if I add a lot of vegetables (all the peppers and onions and broccoli) so the ratio of eggs is less.
In my mind the eggs I like are lumped into two categories: scrambled or hard-boiled. So the scrambled category includes regular scrambled eggs as well as things like omelettes, quiches, and frittatas. Hard-boiled includes plain hard-boiled as well as egg salad, deviled eggs, etc. I don't like eggs that don't fit into either of these two categories, even though I used to be a fried egg fiend. Not sure what happened with that.
I like them everyway but prefer for hardboiled and scrambled to be egg white only. Unfortunatly this pregnancy I have an off and on egg aversion which is so sad bc I normally love them and its an easy way to get protein. More sad bc the aversion is not known to me until one bite in and then I cannot handle it. But also cadbury eggs. No aversion to those.
I like them fried but only with something like sausage or other meat or in an egg sandwich. I'm not a huge fan of fried eggs alone. I like them scrambled with meat and onions, but not plain. I like hard boiled eggs by themselves.
I only liked eggs with runny yolks when I was a kid, but now I think runny yolks are gross.
i also like them over easy with an English muffin to dip in the yolk, Western omelettes, poached for eggs Bennie, deviled....basically all the ways lol.
But my absolute favorite is sunny side up with buttery toast.
Some have mentioned missing yolks during pregnancy, did I miss something, are you not allowed eggs during pregnancy??? I eat them almost every morning.
Eggs are amazing. I love omlettes. Ham and swiss with hot sauce? Yes please! I do love dunking my toast in Runny eggs yolks as well. The only way I don't like them is plain cooked yolks. Yuck. Not sure why, but the texture is funky. My daughter loves hard boiled yes. Like LOVES them. She calls them "white eggs". I left 4 for her for lunch with a babysitter and the sitter was shocked when she ate them all.
Mom to Madison- 5 and Lillian 2....and now surprise baby #3!

Stuck in the box. It's the runny yolk that you are supposed to stay away from. I totally cheat though *flame away*

I will eat eggs just about any way they come, except pickled (yes, this is a thing. My mom used to make them with pickled beer juice...gross). I pretty much love all things eggs and it was the hardest thing to give up when I decided to eat vegan for a year.

Really?? Well, whoops!! Haven't known that for all pregnancies.

LOL! I think I sort of listened to what I "should" and "shouldn't" eat with my first pregnancy. This time? Not so much. A well balanced diet (with lots of ice cream) and thoroughly cooked food are what I try for this time.
