Let's have some fun and see how well we are at the guessing game. When do you think your baby is coming? Early? Late? Pretty much on his/her EDD?

I'll start us off. DS was 3 days early but I didn't know when I had ovulated. DD was 4 days late based on the edd the dr gave but right on time based on my charting. So my guess this time is that baby is coming on his edd or the day before, just based on my temping. Even though I'm a 3rd timer, I don't think he's coming any earlier unless something develops at the end.

This should be fun! I think mine will be late (edd 5/22) since baby's been measuring a week ahead from day 1. According to LMP and ovulation edd should be 5/29. But I hope not June

I like whentoexpect.com since it was dead on for DS (it doesn't tell you when your baby will be born but it gives statistical the likelihood each day leading up to and passing your due date).  For this baby it is saying I have the highest chance of delivering either 5/20 or 5/21 (both only a 6% chance though).  I'm due 5/27 and DS was exactly a week early so I'm expecting this baby will be a week to a few days early as well.

Haha, fun! EDD 5/25. My guess (or hope) is 5/23, because it's our dating anniversary.

This is always fun to do! I was actually thinking about this last night ha. With DD, I had no idea when I ovulated since my LMP was more than two months before I got a BFP. Her original EDD was 9/11 then she measured two days ahead at the anatomy scan. I had guessed she would come 9/3 and she actually did.  

This one measured 3 days ahead at the anatomy scan so I'm basically guessing based on history that this one will come on or around 5/9. My BFF had her kiddo on 5/10 last year so it would be fun for them to share the same birthday.

Baby measured 3 days ahead and I suspect I ovulated 2-3 days before I would be "expected" to based on LMP. My EDD is Monday 5/29 but if I could pick I'd pick Friday 5/26. It would be awesome if she comes before Memorial Day - one more day DH gets home with us

EDD is 5/28, but the one gut feeling I've had is baby will either come 5/27 or about 2 weeks early. No reason, just a feeling. the When to Expect site gives me the highest chance (4%) between 5/21-6/1.

With DD I had her 2 days early.  I have a 39.0 induction scheduled for this little one and I don't be think he will come before that. If he did that would be great! But I'm expecting a May 3rd delivery date

I'm due 5/27, FTM.  No measurements have been given to me other than "right on track". My mom was early with both my sister and I. I'd like to go in June to have more summer off, and because I like pearl better than emerald. I'll choose randomly June 3rd.

EDD is 5/23 and I am guessing I will go late again. So maybe 5/26. That website put his highest chances of arrival the highest on the 16th and 17th. I have my fingers crossed he doesn't arrive on the 17th (and just saying it probably jinxed me) because it's my birthday. Website estimated him to weigh about 7lbs 13oz, but I'm guessing he will be closer to 8lbs 7oz.

EDD is 5/9. They say they will not let me go past 38 wks with twins, which is 4/25. I am praying they do not come before my brothers wedding which is 4/22. My arbitrary guess is 4/24! I'm getting very excited to meet these ladies.

tldr: I think that I will go 3 days late, 5/14 (Mother's Day!) instead of 5/11

DS (#1) came 4 days early. I knew when I ovulated so this was precise. I also tested early at 11 DPO and got a positive, though a bit faint.

DD (#2) came 4 days late. I also knew when I ovulated precisely (charting, opks, mucus.) I tested even earlier at like 9-10 DPO and got a VERY faint line.

This time I'm going off of LMP. Because this was our first month trying, I didn't chart so I don't know when I ovulated. I also wasn't keeping track to know how long my cycles were recently, though I suspected they were roughly 28 days. And I got said period at night, so my EDD might be a day later. The thing is I did not test early so I can't use that to try to pinpoint the day better. I tested a day after my period was due. The line was less faint than I remember for the others (definitely no squinting required!) but it still got stronger on subsequent days. I got an ultrasound early because I was bleeding. I was at that time measuring 5 days behind--5w6d instead of 6w5d. Currently I'm also measuring small/behind (33rd percentile at 32wk ultrasound, and usually a week behind in my appointments). Caveat -- DS, who measured behind at a similar early ultrasound ended up coming a bit early. I didn't get an early ultrasound with DD.

With all of this in mind, I think that I'm generally someone who delivers around my due date, but that my due date could be off by a few days in the "too early" direction (this would also jive with me having had long cycles in the past.) So I think I will "go late," which is to say deliver after 5/11, perhaps around Mother's Day, 5/14! Because I am giving my last final exams 5/8 and I need to grade them and submit all grades, I actually hope I go a bit past my due date, or at least not early.

ETA: I went to the website people mention and it says I'd be most likely to deliver like a week early! I'm really surprised that it asks about prior babies but then doesn't ask when or how they came (e.g. induction vs. c-section vs. on their own.) That is extremely informative data. So I'm still going to go with what I put down here rather than what the site suggests.

oh I hope there is no bad reason you need an induction at 39w!

I'm so bad at guessing at these types of things, but I'll play! If baby boy is breech like his sister was, he'll most likely have a May 12 c-section date. If he's not, then who knows! I hope not before 38 weeks because I have a field trip that day. My guess if he's not breech is arbitrarily 39w5d, so May 17.

EDD is 5/28 so the selfish part of myself really wants this baby to come 1 or 2 weeks early because DD's 2nd birthday is on the 27th and the idea of being in the hospital on her birthday really bums me out. As for actual guesses, I'm thinking he'll be here on time or a week early. I've never been 100% positive about the accuracy of my EDD and the fact that he's measuring right on track is suspicious to me because of how tiny DD was at birth and still is now...literally have an almost 2yo who just now fit's 18m clothes and weighs 20lbs and DH and I are both small people...
Either way it'll be interesting to see and honestly I am so ready to have this baby!

FTM so no previous data, but EDD is 5/27 my guess is 5/29 he will make his appearance!  What to expect site gives me 4% chance of arrival every day from may 20 until may 29.

Love this!! So we know the exact day of insemination because we did IUI, and our EDD is based on that. Like @Jens_Hoes said, I have only been told "right on track". My EDD is 5/26, DH's birthday is 5/28 and he really wants the baby born on his birthday. My only feeling is baby will be close to EDD even if a day or two early/late. To be hopeful, I'm going to say 5/28 for this game.

Last time I was induced for gestational hypertension at 38w5d. 

I will be getting a new doctor at around 36 weeks so it's hard to tell but my BP is edging up so I'm expecting I get scheduled for a cesarean at 38w. That would put me at 5/10 instead of my EDD of 5/24.

EDD is 5/28. I delivered DS 10 days after my EDD, and he was only 7lbs 11oz so I have a feeling the dating was a bit off.  I'm hoping not to go that late this time around, but our anniversary is 5/20 and I'd prefer to not have him that day. I'm gonna randomly go with 5/23, which is probably wishful thinking!

EDD is 5/10, and I'm guessing he/she will be right on time for no other reason than it'll be a full moon.

Fun! EDD is 5/23, but the baby has been measuring 3-4 days ahead at every ultrasound (including today's). He/she is measuring bigger than average--4.5 pounds today vs. 3.3 pounds average at 31 weeks, yikes!--and I am a very teeny-tiny person, so I wouldn't be surprised if I go early. Hopefully not, but I'm mentally preparing myself! So, how about a guess of 5/7? We'll see!

This is fun!! EDD is 5/2 but I have a feeling this little lady will come early, just my gut feeling. So maybe April 25th?! DD came exactly one week early scheduled c/s due to being breech.

With DD I was induced at 39 weeks due to pre-e. It took 3 days for her to come. I'm fairly confident that if I would have had a "natural" birth she would have come late. 

I'm due 5/12 which is the same day my brother graduates from college about 3 hours away. Basically I feel like Murphy's law is going to happen and I will actually give birth on my due date since I will be alone and family will be 3 hours away and DH will be 1800 miles away. Ha! 

The when to expect website says my highest percentage of giving birth is May 5th at 6%.

My daughter was 9 days late and I had to be induced...I literally don't think she would have come out on her own free will. 

My EDD is 5/6...I'm hoping for Cinco de Mayo. I feel like he is going to come early but I know because I've said that he'll be like his sister

I'm due May 22 and I'm thinking I will probably be induced on my due date again. I was induced with DS on my due date and my mom had to be induced with me and my younger sister so that's what I'm assuming.  My mom will be driving 6 hours to come take care of DS when I go into labor so a scheduled induction would make me feel the most comfortable- going early
means we drop DS off at a friends house until my mom can get here and it's just a little more stressful. DH is sure this little girl is coming early so...we will see!!

At my last appt the doctor said if I was favorable they would induce me at 39 weeks if I wanted but I think I'd rather wait until 40 unless she is measuring huge or there is a medical reason. DS had a lot of trouble breastfeeding especially at first and I've always wondered if it's because we induced and maybe he needed a few more days to be ready.

I also know the exact insemination bc of IUI which would be May 29 but at all of our first US (6w, 8w) I was measuring ahead. When I graduated to my regular OB he gave me a due date based on my LMP which is consistent with the measurements. So due date is 5/23 but last saturday got an US and she was measuring 4.3# instead of 3 something so I'm hoping to go early or on 5/20 which starts H vacation. That also gives me a good couple weeks so our birthdays are not overlapping. It's easier for DH to change his time off if we go early vs late.

I was induced with DD at 40w5d. I had GD then too and my dr would only let me go until 41 wks then. This time she says I can go to 42 wks if I keep it diet controlled. If I go on meds, I'll be induced at 39wks. My EDD is 5/15 so I'm guessing I'll have this kid right at 41 wks or 5/22.

If I were you I'd hope to go a day or so late instead of a couple of weeks early! Either way I hope you get your wish to be with DD on her birthday.

I hadn't thought of it that way though with recovering from having this LO...I was induced with DD so I have no experience with being overdue so that's probably why, but (FFC?) I really dislike most parts of being pregnant so I've been crossing my fingers and toes that he'll come around 37-38wks like DD did

EDD is 5/17 and although my cycles were off she was measuring behind at first and now right on track but I'm guessing I ovulated later than typical 28-day LMP calculated cycle. So my guess would be that I'd go late except DD was two days early under similar circumstances. 
Anyways, I used that site and I have two days 5/10&11 with 6% chances so I'm gonna pick 5/10 as a "hope so" day cuz it was my grandma's birthday!

EDD is 5/22 but we are looking at an induction between 38-39wks. 
My birthday and Mother's Day fall on the same day this year, and I'll be 38wks6days... but I'm really hoping for not that day! I just want LO to have his own special day! 

DD1 was born exactly on her due date. 
DD2 was born 1 day late. 
I'm guessing 38wks exactly, so 5/8!

FFC- I originally scheduled it for purely "selfish" reasons; we are going out of the country 6 weeks from 39 weeks and I wanted time to recover, get packed up, get a passport for LO, etc. But now with my poly diagnosis it sounds like they would be hesitant to go past 39 anyway, so it will likely turn into a medical induction instead of elective.

EDD was 5/24, but the last few ultrasounds baby has been measuring as EDD 5/21. My doctor said he thinks I won't make it that far, but won't really say why. I'm hoping for 5/26 as it's our wedding anniversary.

This was a fun idea! Let's see, DS was born on his due date. This time, I am due 5/4, based of LMP.  I'm fairly certain know the conception date, which would make the date 5/1. She's already sitting extremely low, so a tiny part of me wouldn't be shocked if she was a little early. I'm going to guess 5/1 for grins.

This is a fun idea! I have no guesses for this baby since with DD I went into labor on my actual due date. I would hope that baby isn't super late to the party, but agree with @Jens_Hoes that I prefer the pearl birthstone with DDs January Red. Otherwise I've got a nice Christmas pair. My EDD is 5/29. I will guess baby to be on time like his/her sister so 5/30.

FTM so nothing to go on besides what they've told me! My EDD is 5/21 and based off of my LMP. I have a fairly regular period and pretty sure I knew when I was ovulating, so it should be fairly accurate. I think at one of the early U/S he was measuring behind a day or two, but since they've all I've gotten was "on track" like others of posted. I don't get a lot of details, which sometimes really annoys me, but then I think well if it was something bad they'd tell me! No news is good news, right? Anyway, I would guess that he would come on his due date, but maybe a day or two early?

Since DD and I weren't having a lot of bedroom time when I conceived AND I was tracking in an app because we were TTC for 2 years, I know exactly what date it happened. Doctor has been 2 days ahead so I think my due date of May 2nd is spot on. I'm being induced at 37 or 38 weeks but I don't think I'm going to make it there.I've been having contractions for almost 2 weeks and baby seems to have dropped. The pressure I'm feeling is almost unbearable! DS was born 2 weeks late 10 years ago but I was only 20 years old and had no complications or high risk factors that I have now.

DS was 7lbs 3oz, I suspect DD will be around the same weight. She is measuring exactly to my due date at 50th percentile and was 4.9lbs at my 33 week appointment. She might even be a bit smaller!

With my first baby, my OBGYN actually let me use the due date (6-13) that I'd calculated from charting and with her I went into labor on that actual date and she was born on that exact due date, too! The estimated due date from my LMP and ultrasound dating would have been 2 days earlier (6-11).

With this baby, my new OB is using the date from my LMP, which is in line with my second-trimester ultrasound and that is 5-11. I know I ovulated on CD16 because I was charting so if this pregnancy is anything like my first and it follows right along with my ovulation date, I'll have this baby on May 12th.

Yeah I think a lot of people would agree and I can see that in the answers here where most people are predicting they'll go early rather than late (and early by weeks!)

I also hate being pregnant (I tried to get DH to agree to adopt for #3) but my first was quite small and had trouble breastfeeding and gaining weight. Though he was "on time" (just 4 days early), the doctors and everyone basically said he was acting as though he was a preemie or born early. That was enough to make me never want to go early for real! I HATED going 4 days overdue with my daugther (esp because I expected her 4 days early like her brother, so it felt like she was 8 days late), but she was a pound heavier and didn't have any of those same feeding troubles he had. It was probably just a coincidence, but if the 8 extra days of gestation are what did the trick then I'm all for being overdue again!

But if I were someone who made normal-sized babies by 38 weeks then yeah I'd say "time to get out." My babies run a bit small.

With DS, I had to be induced at 40+1 and he ended up being born at 40+4. He was only 6 lbs 10oz, and there was no sign of my body going in to labor anytime soon (though I know that doesn't necessarily mean much). I went to the site @RainyDays86 mentioned, and it gives this little one the highest chance of arriving on May 19 or 20 (6%) and weighing 7 lbs 13 oz. I would be surprised if he comes before his EDD of 5/26 though. 

I'll guess 5/28 and 7 lbs 2 oz
