DH went out with a friend last night, and I was already sleep when he got home. He surprised me with pistachio baclava for breakfast!
But to even out my excitement, my doctor just called, and he's pretty sure I have a yeast infection...in my cleavage. Remember that rash we were talking about earlier this week, @wyomama0427@HollyGolightly09? Mine is not "pregnancy rash." It is a skin-based yeast infection. I had no idea such a thing was possible, but I have to go to a dermatologist next week to get a cream.
I'm sorry @mrs_tacos! My boyfriend gets yeast infections on his skin quite frequently and he has a lot of special washes and creams for it. I hope it gets better for you!
@DPandMB He said it's likely that it's partially because my boobs hurt so much, that I really only take my bra off to shower (although I do change my bra often and try to keep in a clean one). Because of that my boobs are pushed together more than usual, which would make a little breeding ground for issues.
@labby18 I did. It is not my weekend. They want to check me on Monday for a systemic yeast problem. They said I'd probably have a lot more symptoms if I have a larger problem, but with symptoms of a possible yeast infection in two places on my body, it'd be irresponsible not to check.
@mrs_tacos ugh... that sucks! I had no idea skin yeast infections were a thing until about a month ago. My grandmother had it everywhere... all over her skin, and in her mouth. Hopefully the cream will help get rid of it quick!
Omg @mrs_tacos I didn't even know that was possible. I know that babies can get yeasty diaper rashes and stuff so I guess it makes sense, that just sucks so bad. I hope you clear up soon!!!!! Hugs.

Sheesh. That sucks and is a little unnerving. My boobs are growing at an unhumanly rate and I always wear some type of bra. Sorry you got so much going on right now. Hope everything clears up fast.

@HollyGolightly09 I will be an AW for a second and show you this picture that just popped up on my Facebook yesterday. She was about 5 months old here. DD is 3.5 now and STILL wears her baby leg warmers and probably will for another 2 years. They were a great investment.
