I've seen so many meal prep sites that I want use for freezer meals. It would be great before I deliver. Right now I'm in sitting in like a snow monsoon, not a blizzard, but a monsoon because its snow and rain lol I have some frozen meat and chicken that I can use, otherwise I am not going food shopping today!
Well last week turned into a bust with the meals, between DH coming home late and some people coming over to estimates on house projects. So some of our meals are being brought over to this week. Plus with this awful snow storm, we are stuck inside a bit more than usual.
We had taco salad sunday Fend meals (usually boxed something or other) French onion pasta yakisoba grilled cheese and tomato soup spaghetti or pesto if we decide to.

@PinkPrincessPiper DH is half Irish and even knows what part of Ireland his family comes from. Some years I am motivated and make corned beef but this is not feeling like one of them.
