I've seen so many meal prep sites that I want use for freezer meals.  It would be great before I deliver.  Right now I'm in sitting in like a snow monsoon, not a blizzard, but a monsoon because its snow and rain lol  I have some frozen meat and chicken that I can use, otherwise I am not  going food shopping today!

Well last week turned into a bust with the meals, between DH coming home late and some people coming over to estimates on house projects.  So some of our meals are being brought over to this week.  Plus with this awful snow storm, we are stuck inside a bit more than usual.

    We had taco salad sunday
Fend meals (usually boxed something or other)
    French onion pasta
    yakisoba
    grilled cheese and tomato soup
spaghetti or pesto if we decide to.

I think this thread actually helped me stick to our meal plan last week! I love it.

Yesterday - I made stuffed peppers with ground turkey and mushrooms

Today - Chicken fajita rice bowls

Wednesday - White fish with quinoa tabbouleh, green salad

Thursday - Fettuccine alfredo with broccoli

Friday and beyond... I never seem to plan this far.

With me being off work this week, we're a little lazy with meal planning. We have planned so far:

Last night we had stuffed tilapia, asparagus, and fried mashed potatoes

Tonight DH is at a meeting where they give him dinner so I'm debating taking DD out to eat.

Wednesday: Beer marinaded chicken drumsticks (I'm not afraid of the small amount of beer in them)

Thursday: Corned Beef, Cabbage, Potatoes, and Carrots

    Friday: Cheeseburger Stuffed Peppers https://www.organizeyourselfskinny.com/2014/05/17/cheeseburger-stuffed-peppers/

Edit: I totally forgot about St. Patrick's Day being Thursday and the corned beef I got.

I stayed on track last week too @secicc12

Sun - Burgers, broccoli, Mac n cheese
Mon - I made bean soup with kielbasa
Tues - We had chicken enchiladas w/ rice
Wed - Spaghetti w/ garlic bread
Thurs- Mexican lasagna - Although I'm Irish AF (my name's Erin ffs) so I should probably do corned beef, cabbage & potatoes like @bumpybump
Fri - Planned dinner at my parents. I'm bringing green salad, mom's making Swiss steak, mashed potatoes & gravy, and brussel sprout au gratin. I'm counting the minutes to this meal...

@PinkPrincessPiper  DH is half Irish and even knows what part of Ireland his family comes from.  Some years I am motivated and make corned beef but this is not feeling like one of them.
