Baby's skin reacts to laundry detergent

My baby's skin reacts whenever he comes into contact with my clothing. He gets red bumps and rashes on contact. We are using Tide Free & Gentle right now. Has anyone had the same experience? If so, recommendation on what detergent to buy instead? Thanks!
