Cow milk in microwave?

Guys, is it advisable to heat up cow milk in the microwave or best to simply put the filled bottle in a cup of hot water and bring to room temperature. I'm hearing more bad things about microwaves these days

    I feel like the microwave would be a bad idea.  It heats things pretty unevenly and can cause hot spots in the milk.  If you need to warm it up, I would use a bottle warmer or cup of hot water. We just give it to DS cold now and it doesn't seem to bother him
