Note to anyone still engaged and planning a wedding. DO NOT do sparklers. My $10K wedding dress is ruined looks like I have cigarette burns all over it. Pics look good but was crushed when we went to get it cleaned.
I also posed a pic of a shadow box that I had made with my bouquet. It is one of my most treasured things. A place in FL made if for me and I LOVE IT!!!
@nda_roxybabe thank you! We got married at the Grand Palladium in the Mayan Riviera. It was so beautiful. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Yours was amazing as well! It looked like something out of a magazine.
@schnitz9 I also got my bouquet freeze dried and framed. It's a nice momento to have
When people joke "if your house were on fire what would you grab." I always say my bouquet shadow box. Every other material thing in my house can be replaced and all photos are digital. That there is no replacing....
I love it! Everyone is so beautiful! So much fun sharing such a special moment. We have way too many photos but I only grabbed a few off of fb since I'm on my phone haha and yeah no anonymity here! You've seen my face already so why not H's! And my mom...7/4/2009 but we've been together since 10/2005! Holy cow that seems like a long time!
I am way too lazy to block out any faces so meet my face! 5/23/15 and it was a random hot May day, like 80's I think. I am not overly sentimental about our wedding day, we didn't spend much, decorations were minimum, I was glad when my little cousins wanted to play with my bouquet so it would get ruined. Not going to lie, 75% of the reason I picked that dress was because of the twirl factor
Also, my husband is not actually getting kissed by another man next to his new wife...there is a hand in there!
Married 5/26/13 and secretly hoping this baby is born on our anniversary.
The tie wrapped around my bouquet belonged to my uncle who was supposed to walk me down the aisle. He passed away two years before I got married and his son who was 15 at the time did my father/daughter dance with me.
@achays11 That's my EDD. I love the sentiment behind the tie on your bouquet!
I'm too silly to post a picture of DH and I, but no one has posted anything else. I'm off sugar in preparation for my GD test, so here's a picture of our cake which was amazing. We get to eat the top tier (funfetti and chocolate ganache) end of June when LO will be 1 month.
@jayandaplus Love your cake! The bakery where we had ours made would make a fresh top tier for your 1 year anniversary and we were so excited! And then...we forgot haha we actually planned a mini vacation to Las Vegas for our 1 year and got free tickets to a UFC fight, so I guess that makes up for it...

DH and I never had a fancy wedding! We got married at the courthouse and had a nice family get together later that day! Even though it wasn't huge and fancy it was still such a special day for us! So no really awesome pictures to share here
I love all the pics!! DH and I got married Nov of 12 (was supposed to be Jan of 13...kinda a sore subject with my mom. We had invitations already and was going to be a Christmas themed (mom decorated the church at the time)) yay for Army basic training and not wanting to be married for 10 days before he left. We did the "first look" since it would be dark after the wedding. First look/Pinterest fail
