@Spicyweiner do i think they deliberately tried to ruin my labor? no of course not. but i do think they need a management consulting lesson. problem is they don't need to actually care about customer service. it's a hospital and people need babies born.

@Patience7150 yeah i thought it was a little crazy that we just walked out of the hospital with him in the car seat and no one came to check on anything.
