Hello everyone. Looking for support as we continue in our journey of ttc. Excited to get to know you ladies!! I am 37 and my Husband and I have been trying for over 2 years without any success. In 2012 we began fertility testing and found out I have a blocked tube, but after an HSG I got pregnant on my own with my DD. Fast forward to now and we haven't been so lucky this time around. Last year I did 2 rounds of clomid but did not like the side effects at all. My Doctor then retired and I had to find a new one. I do love my new RE. They really seem on top of things. After initial testing again, tube is still blocked. We had our first IUI yesterday- I took 5mg of Letrozole days 3-7 and levothyroxine as my thyroid levels were elevated. I am also taking vitamin D supplements. I surged on my own but took ovidrel trigger shot on day before IUI. I am hopeful but the 2ww is always the hardest.

Welcome! I'm similar, blocked tube that I never knew about as I have a 3.5 year old. When we tried for a second and finally started testing we figured out she was luck my eggs always seem to be on the side with my blocked tube so we opted for IVF but I've heard great successes doing the IUI for this. @PolythenePam thanks! My daughter is 3.5 too. Good luck to you as well! We were worried that my eggs would develop on my right side but fortunately this time it was the left!
