10 weeks cervix

Ten weeks today...in the shower last night i ran my fingers over my cervix and it feels slightly open. Is this normal?

 (I am now aware that I shouldn't have done this so try to spare me the scolding) 

In addition to this, a few days ago I felt a sharp pain near my cervix that went away after a few seconds. 

I am tempted to call my dr, but after sharp cramping a few weeks ago they instructed me to only call them if i soaked a pad within a few hours.

If you're concerned about issues with your cervix I would definitely call your doctor. They could at least give you a pelvic exam to feel for any abnormalities.
