He studied ancient history and languages for years and can read and write comfortably in three dead languages. I always liked more social guys until we started dating. He is just really interesting to talk to and really thoughtful and likes when i changed his ideas instead of finding it annoying. I never thought I would go for someone who was happy to spend the whole weekend alone in the library though! What is one trip you would love to take your child(ren) on before they leave your household?

My oldest will be graduating next year. "Sniff sniff" We were military and moved a lot. I would like to bring her on a road trip to see every town we lived in. She could visit our old homes, schools, friends. That would be amazing.
Have you ever had a really interesting job that you can brag about in the nursing home and they'll never believe you did it some day? Ex: I'm a former professional skater. I can honestly say I was a showgirl!

I don't know about being brag worthy, but I've had a lot of interesting jobs. My first job was a corn pollinator at 13, I spent a few years as a truck stop waitress as a teen, and I had a short stint as a radio personality. I filled in for a morning show and went out to bars to do on-air promos.

In response to swanbrooner's question.. I must have my Lancôme beauty routine. I've been using it for years and I swear it keeps my skin looking nice even when I'm deployed on a ship and sometimes don't see daylight unless I make the effort to go find it. I also use a clarisonic face brush to wash my face.

I adored Blue from Blue's Clues. I was already well past the target audience when it premiered but I still watched it all the time and just loved that freaking dog. I had a Blue's Clues themed Sweet 16 party (still one of my favorite things my mother has ever done---she never tried to talk me out of it or say I was too old, even though I was). I really don't know why. I just thought she was an adorable character and the show was super cute.

Answering @meilay The best book I have ever read would have to be either Pride and Prejuduce (my favorite of all time) or Les Miserables. I don't have time to read much since having my son, but both of those are just so good!

Garbage plate!!! O.m.g. so good perfect for 2 am after drinking meal.
It's a scoop of Mac salad (or potato salad), pile of hash browns (or home fries) then you put either two hot dogs, or two cheeseburgers on top. Then top that off with "hot sauce" it's a sauce made up with ground beef with a lil kick.
@ellie111227 yep! I went to college for two years at MCC. As soon as my roommates heard I had never had one we had a few drinks and off we went. I still crave them!!

@awoodruff27 That's funny. I do think people from Rochester sometimes aren't aware that it isn't a normal thing to have in a restaurant menu elsewhere. I live near Buffalo, so I know a ton of people who went to school in Rochester. Garbage plate seems like a staple of college life there.
