5 week US, 2 yolk sacs?

Had an ultrasound last week for dating purposes (no period since delivering my DS in 2015) and was found to be 5 weeks along. It looks like there are 2 yolk sacs but the tech didn't mention anything. No hb seen yet. Anyone see multiple yolk sacs and nothing mentioned? Am I seeing things?

    Has your doctor reviewed the ultrasound?  Honestly when I look at it I just see one, but when I got my ultrasound at 6 weeks the tech didn't say anything, I found out after my OB got the results.
