Erm...Facebook Group?

I'm having difficulty logging onto the bump from my new cell phone, which is really hindering my ability to participate in or at least keep up with the discussions here.  I know that a FB group was started in the beginning, but when I searched to try to find out who to contact about joining, it looks like the group may have been closed for new participants?  If it hasn't been, would someone from there be willing to add me?  If it has been closed, there was talk around the same time about creating another group a bit further down the road?

I was anti FB group when it started because stranger danger. I feel more up to it now if there was a some monitoring of who "got in". I may be crazy but maybe it was @DiFazette who had ideas from her previous BMB?

@Austenista is the one who got me in. Pretty sure the group is still open for non randoms.

It is open to regulars of the board. I think it will always be open to board regulars. We decided to close it to randos.

I'd be interested in a group now that I am comfortable with everyone's level of crazy.  The people who moved to FB right away are awesome I'm sure, I just don't know them and since it's my real life on Facebook, I'm guarded.  

Want me to start a group? If yes, I'm happy to facilitate. If you participate here and I recognize your screen name, I'll add you.  Please be patient as I have 3 kids home with me for our half inch of snow on Saturday.  I'll create the group this AM sometime and start adding requests later.  Like this post you want me to do the damn thing.

Oh and also wanted to note - you have to accept a friend request from me to have you join the group.  Be on the lookout for a friend request when I have a chance to do all of this.  Now people are losing power in my neighborhood - over a half inch of snow on SATURDAY.  I may not get to this today if I have to pack up and leave.

Add me! I like this idea a lot. When I was in the FB group it felt like there were a lot of folks I didn't know. I think we're already FB friends, right? If not, I can PM you my info.

I was so hesitant to join my last BMB on FB, but it's so fun watching all the littles grow up and a lot of the girls meet up pretty regularly.  I haven't gotten to go to a meeting yet, but I hope to some day!  I agree though, the mobile bump site sucks.
