Great GTKY! I'm trying to compile a list, so I'll be stalking this thread.

How far along are you? 27 weeks

How big is baby? Lettuce/ rutabaga (about 2 lbs)

Pink/Blue/Green? Blue

Appointments this week? None

What did you do to prepare for baby? I made a list of all the clothes I have & in what sizes so I could figure out what I need more of.  I added a bunch of options to my registry (getting those completion discounts!)

Symptoms? So much pain. And sleepless nights.

Rant/Rave/Questions? 

GTKY: What shows are you planning to/or would recommend for binge watching while up with baby? The only thing I have planned so far is "This is us" and maybe "Game of Thrones" (I have never seen either and DHs work friends suggested GoT). I plan on stalking this for suggestions bc I need to compile a list myself.   I have a very broad taste, but would like maybe a few my husband will watch with me. 


Also what books? I have nothing on this list.. again will be looking for suggestions!

How far along are you?  27 weeks

How big is baby?  Pork pie hat sized (I don't know why i find that so funny)

Appointments this week? Had my glucose test yesterday. My Dr didn't inform me of that fact and I ate two cupcakes right before my appt so I'm thinking the outcome is not going to be too good.

What did you do to prepare for baby this week? Nothing. Trying to convince DH to put the crib up today.

Symptoms? I've had really bad gas and a lot of uncomfortable stretching.

GTKY: What shows are you planning to/or would recommend for binge watching while up with baby? I plan on reading, I already watch WAY too much tv.

Also what books? The final book in the Odd Thomas series. I read 3 of them while up with DS. What ever my book club comes up with. And the Cormoran Strike series. Read the first one for book club a little while ago and have been dieing to read the rest.

Nothing. We are moving out of our current home and in with my parents until our new house is ready, so I really can't do anything. 

Symptoms?

The heartburn started a little while back. Not excited about that.

GTKY: What shows are you planning to/or would recommend for binge watching while up with baby?
I want to catch up on shameless. I also heard that there is a good Netflix show, I think it was called AO or something like that...I need to look into it.
Also what books?
I need to start to load up some new books on my Nook, but The Diplomats Wife and A Paris affair are on my list so far.

Appointments this week? None, but I'm due for one I think. Hubby's work switched insurance companies and I'm still waiting to hear back that I can stay with my Dr's for this pregnancy. 

What did you do to prepare for baby this week? I've started game planning on how to get our cosleeping DS to sleep in his own bed... Lord help us all! 

Symptoms? Heartburn, lower back pain

I think I already watch too much TV as is. Not sure what I'll watch, still feeling deflated with no more Christmas Hallmark movies.

Sorry I've been so bad about posting this lately, H is now out of the hospital so my life is slowly getting to a new normal.

Appointments this week? Friday, regular appointment plus my glucose test

What did you do to prepare for baby this week? We acquired a crib mattress from a friend, otherwise all baby related things (other than adding things to my registry) have basically been at a standstill for the last 3 weeks. My goal this week is to pick a theme and date for my baby shower, and hopefully register for my hospital tour and birthing classes.

Symptoms? Fatigue, lots of baby movement

Rant/Rave/Questions? Rant: I just want my life to go back to normal! H is out of the hospital but we're not home, we're staying with my parents so he can have constant care. Hopefully we'll go home in a couple weeks. Money is super tight now so I'm not sure what we'll be doing to get ready for the baby other than paint the furniture we already bought supplies for, it's just frustrating. 

GTKY: What shows are you planning to/or would recommend for binge watching while up with baby? I'm not sure what I'll be watching as I already binge watch quite a bit. I would recommend Gilmore Girls, Blacklist, House, Lost, Grey's Anatomy; basically anything with at least 3+ seasons, but the more the better.

Also what books? Anything by Jodi Picoult or Elin Hilderbrand

@LittleChick2 I'm glad your husband's out of the hospital.. sorry that money's tight and things are frustrating! Also good suggestions I do love Grey's Anatomy!
