Can BH make it hard to breathe?

My stomach is tight and hurting down into my pelvis and my back is killing me.  I'm having a hard time catching my breath.  I'm guessing this is all normal?

    Yeah I usually contract from the bottom up, but once it gets to the top I feel like I can't breathe.

    Don't know if it is normal or not, but that is how I have been feeling for the last two days. :( Not fun at all...

    That's how mine have been.  Not to much pain, just makes it harder for me to breath.

    mine give me a crushing feeling in my chest. actually, that usually happens first, alerting me to the fact that i'm starting one. hence, my midwife has sent me to a cardiologist. i really think this is more common than she thinks...
