Same here.. I find out on the 14th and I'll be 19 weeks. At least it's basically right around the corner!
@jenniferleamomtobe Congratulations on your boy! You might want to edit your picture to take out the name of your Obgyn, you never know what crazies are lurking in the internet!
Here is my little munchkin waving to us at 12 wks 6 days. I'm currently 14 wks 4 days and found out last week that it's a GIRL! We are due 9/28 and are so excited!
Just had my a/s. Baby Boy looks great but wasn't totally cooperative so I'll have to go back for another in 4 weeks. No complaints from this mama! I love how in this picture it looks like he's giving us a thumbs up ❤
17 weeks, 4 days. Skylar is measuring 18 weeks, 1 day! Haha I think she had a growth spurt!! Sonographer said she has big lips, chunky cheeks and long legs! She's measuring 2 ounces more than the average too lol About 8 ounces. She was smiling so much too! So in love
We had some really terrible news at our ultrasound this week. Baby has a rare condition called LUTO caused by PUV. There is a high chance we may lose him, but we are going to fight as hard as we can to keep him here. It's hard to believe something is wrong because he looks so perfect to me.
@stephy_p oh I am so sorry about the news you received! Will keep you in my T&P!
ETA -- I just looked up what this condition was and realized I have a friend whose son had this as well. She found out early on and with very close monitoring at Children's Hospital in Boston, she was able to carry him to 37 weeks. She just gave birth to him on March 15th. He is undergoing many, many treatments right now. I can't imagine going through this as a parent, but you never know what the outcome will be! They told her that her son wouldn't survive either.
I can tell you more of their story in detail if you're interested. Just PM me.
@stephy_p omg, I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. All the good thoughts and prayers for you and your LO!

Baby boy 18w2 days yesterday. Only negative thing is I have a low lying placenta. I will have another ultrasound at 30 weeks to see if it moved but if I have placenta previa at that time I will have to have a c section birth. I am very nervous because there is a high chance of being on bed rest from what I read and we are moving across the country with our three kids when I'm around 30 weeks pregnant. If I have placenta previa I'll need to do everything I can not to strain myself or cause bleeding because if I were to go into labor or start hemorrhaging I would need access to a C-section immediately. My doctor assured me that a lot of time, the placenta position corrects itself but I won't know until my Next ultrasound in 2 months. And due to moving I will have to change doctors and it's not something I can set up in advance because I go through the VA for medical care and I can't transfer until I actually move. Blah.
18w3d - the tech didn't give us a nice picture, but this is what I have.
I go back in 4 weeks for another one. The tech wasn't able to get good pictures of his heart or spine. And they'll check on my placenta, which (surprise surprise) is too low. Doctor is pretty confident it will resolve itself over the next few weeks.
Look at my beautiful princess!!!! She has her chin resting in a hand, and her legs were crossed at the ankle! Cute little button nose.. these pictures don't do her cute profile justice!

I have a feeling that Friday I will be here saying the same thing after I have my AS. OB said that would explain the spotting/light bleeding.
Also, you may want to edit your personal info out of the US pic.
Ultrasound today. Little guy seems to have his mother's cynicism, lol.
