@Koukonei sounds like they are being very cautious and taking care of those babies! I'm glad you have a bit of freedom but I'm sure it gets old fast. I guess I'm a bit curious about if some of the natural helpers to get babies to move are appropriate when it's twins? I'm guessing that some wouldn't be a good idea with potential labor anyways though (I'm thinking chiro adjustment, spinning babies exercises, etc).
Do you have a good show to watch at least?

Flip baby flip! I think it is typical to keep the hands out of the inside. My OB only does it upon request even in the 3T. Obviously, your situation is a bit different. I'm hoping the 10 days fly by!
Still no labour signs today. Baby girl has flipped back to head down and hoping she stays that way! @cafedisco I was going to the chiropractor regularly before I was admitted, there wasn't a ton of the spinning babies stuff I could really do here, but watching my posture even while sleeping, gentle stretching, and meditating don to baby girl what I needed her to do definitely helped I'm kind of a hippie haha, but my doula was able to give me lots of good advice and my son as briefly breech after 30 weeks so I did have some experience with turning a baby at least.
@Koukonei how is it going? Thinking of you. Please update us when you can!

I'll update more when I can with a birth story and such, I'm still processing everything right now. Thanks so much for your support ladies

Congratulations on the birth of your twins. I will be keeping them in my thoughts and prayers. Hopefully they continue to grow and thrive as the days and weeks go by!
I will absolutely be praying for their growth and health! And for you and your family. Congrats on your little ones and we look forward to your updates when you're ready.
...And cue the tears... Oh goodness, mama! I'm so thankful you were already at the hospital (with a level 3 NICU, if I remember correctly). My heart and prayers go out to your family of 5.
Congratulations on the birth of your little ones! I hope you all continue to thrive and heal and that there are many positive updates to share very soon!
Congratulations! Mom of preemie twins here (six years ago). Thinking of you and hoping your NICU stay is as uneventful as possible. It's incredibly overwhelming and there will be lots of ups and downs - it's kind of two steps forward, one step back. Be sure to consult with the nurses and doctors to advocate for your babies, but also take some time for yourself. We're here for you.
Congratulations on the birth of your babies. I will be thinking of you and your family and hoping things go smoothly for you, Felix, and Adelaide over the next several weeks
Congratulations mama!!! Sending you and your two little ones all the good vibes! I know there is a lot going on but please keep us updated with everything!
@Koukonei congratulations, and sending lots of prayers and positive thoughts to you and your little babies! Hope you are coping ok. We are thinking of you!

@Koukonei Congratulations on the birth of your beautiful babies! Sending thoughts, prayers, and hugs to your family. Looking forward to updates when you can
Thanks so much for the positive vibes Babies are still doing well so far and are stable. We're just trying to take things hour by hour and day by day. I'm pumping around the clock and trying to get a bit of rest. It's been an emotional rollercoaster so far and I'm sure that's not going to change anytime soon.
Glad to hear they are stable! I'm sure it is so much to take in and I hope you are being taken care of well yourself...we're all sending lots of good thoughts to your family!
