How far along are you? 14 weeks (hello, 2nd trimester!)

How big is baby? Either a house mouse or a beet

Appointment updates? Nothing until I see my ob on 1/4

Any new symptoms or changes? Definitely feeling less nausea and my appetite has returned (somewhat). 

Rants/Raves/Questions? Today is my last day of work for 2016 - hooray for a much needed break!

GTKY: What is your favorite kind of cookie? A good oatmeal chocolate chip cookie can't be beat

I've got nothing going on until 1/12.

Everything has been pretty standard. I've been having some extra RLP but that's about it. 

Rants/Raves/Questions? 

I still cannot deal with this dry mouth every night. I've been limiting my salt and drinking tons of water to try and eliminate it but it's not working. 

I ordered some sleepers with my Amazon registry box and they came and they are so cute and tiny. Makes me so excited to have another little baby soon.

We just bought a new house and move in on my 30th birthday in March. It's so much more space than our current little rental. Within two months I got engaged, found out I was pregnant and bought a house. I have a lot going on. 

GTKY: What is your favorite kind of cookie?

I love a good chocolate chip. However, there are also ones called Ranger cookies that entail rice crispies, oats, and coconut that are great.

@LMMama Have you tried using a humidifier? With it being so cold, I find our bedroom gets super dry - the extra humidity really helps.

Any new symptoms or changes? I'm feeling less sleepy and generally sleeping better.

Appointment updates? Had an ultrasound this week. Baby looks great and we're having another BOY! Beyond excited. SCH holds tight. Praying it's gone at AS January 16th. 

Any new symptoms or changes?   feeling like a human again! Also, feeling my belly grow by the minute. 

Rants/Raves/Questions? Heading to the UP (upper Michigan) for Christmas with my family!!

Any new symptoms or changes?  My migraines are getting a little less and I felt the first flutter.  

Rants/Raves/Questions? I just transitioned to be a SAHM with my 1 year old DD. I did not realize how hard it would be to do while dealing with all the 1st trimester symptoms!

Appointment updates? Had my routine yesterday, heard baby's heart beat via Doppler; having my early anatomy this Tuesday...excited to potentially find out the sex!

Any new symptoms or changes?  Heartburn starting to kick in...was hoping to avoid it this time around.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Just trying to avoid excessive weight gain this tri, since I overdid it with the carbs a bit in the 1st tri due to general queasiness. Happy to be feeling better and eating better as well. Minus the Christmas feast that work is having right now (in the middle of an overnight ER shift).

GTKY: What is your favorite kind of cookie? Don't discriminate...but, prefer larger cookies that have a chewy inside and a crispy outside. Chocolate Chip or molasses both work well for me!

Appointment updates? Had one on 12/22, baby is growing, still doing every 2 weeks and anatomy scan is on 1/27.

Any new symptoms or changes?  I was over my nausea and then it came back.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Raving about my wonderful husband.  He got me the snoogle pillow for Christmas!
