Hi Ladies. 

This is my 3rd month on vitex. I have a mild hormone imbalance. 
Ive been using OPK's for the last 3 months and have not had positives like this before. 
Would you consider all 4 days positive or just today and yesterday? 

Today for the last 3 hours Ive had some cramping on my left ovary. Almost like someone is putting pressure on it and pushing it. 

We BD on the 8th and last night. 

Im driving my self nuts peeing on sticks haha.

You're not going crazy with the sticks lol . LH builds up and then peaks, so the lines do start light and grow darker each day. The first two are light so you can see you're in your fertile window, and your day 10 pic means your ovulation will happen within 24 hours or so. And that twinge you feel is likely your egg bursting out of your ovary. 
You can stop peeing on those sticks, they will show lingering lh but it doesn't mean much once your line is as dark or darker then the control line.

Ive been dealing with infertility for the past 5 years abs decided to try natural these past few months.
