@Rgriffin91 with my last pregnancy and this one I have lots of CM. I say stock up on panty liners. I had to wear them my entire pregnancy last time.

Mainly just so uncomfortably bloated.    I'm on vaginal progesterone which is making the bloating really bad, and is making me constipated on top of it.   I'm averaging 1 poop every 4 days or so. HELP

Yes!! I don't remember it with my previous two, but it's like I've eaten too much. But, it only happens like 2 hours after I've eaten.

I'm 5 weeks today. I've had mild cramping, I'm tired but mostly getting hot flashes randomly

I'm 4 weeks 6 days. Fatigue really started this week. I have an (almost) 4 year old and a 2 year old. The past few nights after working all day, then chasing them around all night I pretty much need to crash as soon as they're asleep. I used to stay up until like 11 to get stuff done around the house or spend alone time with DH. This week I've fallen asleep every time we've tried to hang out. Last night DH put the kids to bed for me and I went to bed at 8:30. Definitely not normal for this night owl over here!

Main symptoms for me are fatigue, sore boobs and cramping.  I have been getting so hungry in between meals that when I do eat, I over eat and then feel terrible but I'm not associating that with morning sickness.  I'm hoping to meal plan this weekend and get some good snacks on hand. 

One thing I have noticed is that I have such a weird taste in my mouth. All. The. Time. Anyone else or is it just me?

  I had that bad with my son.  It's not that bad this time around, but it's definitely there.

@kaityh1 I had a strange lemony/acidic taste in my mouth the entire first trimester with my oldest. My midwife had told me it was normal and a symptom some people experience. It was like I was always sucking on a lemony piece of candy. I didn't like it! lol

My biggest is the cramping this week - yesterday was terrible & with the mild constipation it's flaring up my endo issues over my bowel...yesterday sucked haha. But if that's a strong pregnancy sign I'll take it!
Boobs are sore today...that comes and goes. The fatigue comes and goes too...I get tired pretty fast!
On the exciting side - I've picked a midwife team, I'll meet them with I graduate from the RE's office!

@tripledaggerWed95976 I was in the same boat!! My OB said I could take a stool softener which is pregnancy safe. Dulcolax 100 mg or something. Maybe call your doc and confirm he/she's okay with you taking it? Otherwise I try to chug water which is easier said than done..

I've been having some spotting. Everything I've read says it's normal, but since it's persisted for about a week, it's starting to get to me. At first, it had been light pink on one wipe, and I would wipe a second time and it would be gone. Yesterday, there was a bit more, and I would still see it after multiple wipes. I'm not having any cramping and not seeing any clots. Color is skill pink or brown, not red. So I keep telling myself that it's normal, but I don't remember experiencing it at all with my daughter so I'm feeling a bit anxious.

@LifeAtMyOwnPace - Spotting is pretty normal and each pregnancy will be different. But at the same time - there isn't anything wrong with making a call to your doctor's office just to see, maybe I'll help you feel better. I had really bad cramping yesterday and making that quick call really put my mind at ease...

I'm 5 and a halfish weeks (need the stupid dating ultrasound since all the calculators gave me different dates).  Last week I was incredibly crampy, but that was about it.  This week everything hit me like a ton of bricks.  It doesn't help that I also have the flu, but the m/s is rough.  Super weird though, it is making me really gassy, and I have been burping a ton!  I also have migraines, am super cold, and really tired but unable to sleep.

I started getting a sharp pain on my lower right side, like where I place my ovary.  I got all in my head that it is because the pregnancy is ectopic.  Anyone know anything about that?  Are there symptoms I should be looking for?  Is that even one of the symptoms?  I don't really want to be "that person" calling my ob every day, so I'll take some internet stranger help before I freak out too much!

@MaMinette13, I've been getting a pain on my left side where my ovary is, and I had the exact same fear.  I called my OB this morning and they told me they had no availability to see me, and to go to the ER if I felt it was that serious.  End of that OB....Called a new one, and they won't see me until 6 weeks.  Ugh.
With that being said....have you been dealing with constipation?  It's been bad for me so far, and I find that the cramping subsides after I finally am able to "go".

@kristenk727 I haven't really been that constipated.  TMI, but I am normally super regular, like 2 BM a day.  Recently, I have been down to 1, and sometimes skipping a day, but I generally wouldn't call that constipated.  But, I will keep a close eye on my next BM to see if that helps.

@MaMinette13 @kristenk727 I've been having the same cramping issues. It comes in waves for me..maybe every few hours, and once I walk around a bit or have a BM it goes away. My OB said there's no concern unless you start to see blood, so I wouldn't worry! I've been trying to eat Fiber one cereal to help myself "go" but it tastes like cardboard ha so haven't been too successful there.

Anyone else noticing increased earwax?  Is that even a symptom?  Just seem to have noticed it in the last couple days...lol

I don't remember having CM last time, but I swear this time it feels like I'm peeing myself. It's so annoying and TMI, but I can smell it when I go to the bathroom. Not a bad smell, I'm just aware of it.  Hormones or pheromones possibly?

I'm super bloated, too! I have a tendency to get bloated easily even under regular circumstances and at least now I feel like I can embrace it haha. Also have cramps off and on, terrible time sleeping (also not too unusual for me) and am pretty tired.

@morgy_bee yes, I've been freezing too, but mostly at night!

I am 5 1/2 wks and have been tired, aches in pelvic area, sore boobs, very hungry at times, etc... up until today, bearable and livable.
BUT... today my whole body hurts!  Especially my legs, they hurt sooo bad! WTF- anyone experience this?  I am not sick, and activity has been the same. Just hoping this is a one day only thing!!!!

@BeeHappyB - that was me yesterday. I couldn't wait to go to bed. I actually even took a Tylenol I was so sore from cramps and my joints were aching. I felt a lot better today though so I hope you feel better tomorrow

@JWatt5 that is such a relief to hear! Thanks for sharing. I expect little nuisances throughout this journey, and all and all I really have nothing to complain about. Hopefully some good rest tonight and my legs will be ready to go tomorrow

I apologize that this may not be the right thread to post this question, but didn't know where to at this point...when does the ticker change to the next week? I am 4 weeks 5 days based on first convo with nurse on Monday. Does it change to 5 weeks on Saturday (4 weeks 7 days) or Sunday? Thanks in advance for any insight .

Well, this is embarrassing, but...anyone else dealing with the opposite of constipation?  I don't recall this with my last two babies, but I'm constantly in the bathroom the last couple of days.      I do have acid reflux which presents as intestinal distress, but it's been pretty under control

Hi @Lmmtravels! Due date twins You would be 5 weeks on Saturday, at 4 weeks 7 days. At least that's what my OB told me.

@DoulaTog13 I had it bad with my first, I would get super nauseated, eat, then have horrible diarrhea.  I had it coming out both ends

I had cramps last week, but this week none. But I still get nauseated in the afternoon.
I'm almost 6w but my boobs don't hurt at all - anyone else???  With my DS my boobs were sore right away, but still no soreness. Hmmm... of course I worry about everything but I know each pregnancy is different.

@Nicki2525 I never had sore boobs. With this pregnancy or the last one. They also didn't change much. Except when engorged which only happened a few times and even then they weren't huge or anything. Just hard and lumpy and slightly bigger. I'm still nursing my daughter who is 9 months.

Last pregnancy I felt no symptoms til 7 weeks when I had a bad nausea spell at my husband's family reunion. This time I am already overly emotional (crying multiple times during tv shows when I usually NEVER cry in movies/tv) and a little bit of heartburn/queasiness in the evenings. The queasiness really just feels like a lump in my throat and usually some good old milk cures those symptoms. Really praying I don't get nausea this time around!

Mine were bad with my last pregnancy and that was a huge sign I was pregnant. I thought I was out last month because there was absolutely no soreness before AF was due. Still nothing!

I have had hiccups so many times the last few days. I didn't connect it with pregnancy until my husband said I got hiccups a lot last time.

Waves of MS, here and there. Major back pain, but I can't say for sure that is due to the pregnancy since my 7 month old weighs 21 pounds.... and the awful metallic taste. That's how I knew; was the very first symptom I experienced with my daughter.

5 weeks 3 days this past week I've had nausea, gas, sore swollen breast already outgrowing my bras, I had loose stools at first but I'm kind of constipated now, fatigue, some food aversions, cramping, and some back/hip pain.
