2: How was your last week? Not good at all. My cold that went to my chest got really bad and I started coughing up blood and found out I had bronchitis so no working out this week. Which I hate.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Get back to the gym but take it easy I am still recovering since I can't really take much
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? I started throwing up a lot with the nausea in the last few days so just trying to be gentle in general with the illness and not be hard on myself for missing the fun because of it.
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? This has been a super tough week on a lot of fronts so just kind of down in general. Going to take my daughter to Color me Mine for some fun today since I have off.

I can't wait to start participating in this thread. My dr told me no exercise for now bc I have two huge corpus luteum cysts and they are causing me pain. I guess they can rupture or something. Either way I'm so frustrated that I can't go to my usual workout classes
2: How was your last week? Okay I guess given the drama I have / had with the spotting / bleeding
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Continue to make healthier choices in food and drink and hopefully be able to eat something other than pasta (mac and cheese)
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? I haven't really thought about it

2: How was your last week? Bad. I was so exhausted by the time I got home that I could barely keep my eyes open and was in bed by 9pm...if not before. Sadly, I did not make it to barre class this week.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? I'm going to be in San Diego for work, so I'm planning to take some workout clothes so I can at least make sure I'm getting my steps in.
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? Since I'm going to San Diego for work this week, I really REALLY want good avocados. It's my craving at the moment and I could weep for joy that I'm going. (Just avocados. The onions in guacamole are blech...right now at least.)
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? Since I'm cautiously optimistic about this pregnancy, I'm debating on whether I should just go ahead and start going to the prenatal barre classes. I would prefer to wait until after the ultrasound (which is 11/21), but I feel like I NEED it. WWYD? I am very hesitant to out myself to people until I have more confidence that it's growing.

Okay... I went to my trainer again yesterday and it was a great workout. I actually felt less cramps and bloat after. Even though I know this, I find it hard to do anything other then rest and take it easy the rest of the week. I think after my first U/S i will be more confident.

Not eat a bag of chips, but I am making no promises.

2: How was your last week? Eh. My diet wasn't as terrible as it was the week before, however it could be better. Though considering my nausea at this point I will eat whatever my body will let me.

I tried to eat healthier snacks between meals, because I gained 40 lbs my last pregnancy! Also being super conscious of staying hydrated

More sleep so that working out isn't such a drag!

I'd love to go on another safari, but an uber fancy one this time, where you sleep in a luxurious tent and have your meals brought to you, and bathe under the African sky. Ha, now I'm off to clean my house
2: How was your last week? Ok! I didn't go to yoga at all (it's not a prenatal class so I'd want to tell the teacher, but didn't feel ready to do so) so instead I took the dog for a 20-30 min walk everyday with a 1.5 hour hike on the weekend. Not phenomenal, but it'll have to do with all this fatigue and bloat!
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? I liked what I did last week so I'll try that again and see how it feels.
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? I'm going to go to a few antique stores today for a client (I'm an Interior Design Consultant), but I might also treat myself and buy just a FEW pretty things for me...
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? I am SO excited for a weekend with MH - he's been working really long hours this week so I just want to spend some time with him!
6: GTKY: If you could travel anywhere in the world no budget restrictions where would you go? Oooh so many places. I think right now I'd probably say Spain and Portugal - with a quick stop in France for good measure

2: How was your last week? Not great! Between the election and some now-resolved but scary-at-the-time pregnancy stuff, I didn't work out at all.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Three yoga classes and a solid walk every day.
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? Try to eat some things that aren't carbs if I can bear it!

2: How was your last week?
Very good...... I accomplished a lot. I try and run 3 miles every third day. The days in between I do yoga at the gym. If I can't make it to the gym I do the Brazilian butt lift videos at home ( highly recommend). I am happy where I'm at with working out so far and it's definitely better then my first pregnancy at this point.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead?
Working out is going good but I do struggle with eating excessively!!! I don't have any N/V and there is nothing that turns me off at this point. I'm just trying to eat healthy as many days as possible and trying to have a "whatever I want meal" just a couple times a week. I gained 55 lbs last pregnancy and I have to say physically it was the worst feeling ever and totally not worth it to get to that point again. When you feel like your ankles are going to break when you walk that's not fun !!

2: How was your last week? Okay, I guess. I ran 3 miles on 3 separate days and lifted once. I'm supposed to do 6 miles today but I am really tired so I'm not sure how that will go.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? To not start vomiting and to keep my appetite. I had zero appetite for 2 days, but I'm not sure if that was pregnancy-related or election-related. I've had nausea every morning and have developed an aversion to eggs, which is what I normally eat for breakfast.
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? I'm craving chocolate ice cream with M&Ms and marshmallows, so I might treat myself at some point.
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? I feel like a 500 pound chainsmoker when I run now. I get winded SO FAST.

2: How was your last week? Last week there was minimal nausea, I was able to get in 2 days of weight training and 2 days of cardio.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? My digestive system is way out of whack and the bloating is intense. I need to do a better job of eating low-sodium, high fiber whole food choices. I should be able to get to the gym 3 days this week.
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? I'm going to rest/nap when I'm tired
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? How did I gain 6lbs over the weekend? I know it's mostly water retention plus my digestive tract is so slowed down (sorry, that's TMI). I don't think it'll sustain, but it's annoying right now and I feel pretty blehck today.
6: GTKY: If you could travel anywhere in the world no budget restrictions where would you go? I'd love to travel all over the world- France, Spain, Morocco, Australia, Fiji, Thailand, China...
