I got the test results from my blood test yesterday! My numbers went from 660 on Friday to 2256 yesterday! The nurse said she also scheduled me for an ultrasound on the 22nd (since I was going to be there anyway) because she saw there was an opening and assumed I would want it. I told her she was my new best friend lol. I am so excited!

@SaphireSweetie88 I had pretty consistent spotting from just past 4 weeks through almost 6 weeks with this pregnancy, varying from brown to bright red, but never needing more than a panty liner and even that was usually just precautionary.  I had to go back for blood draws 3-4 times, and they moved up my dating ultrasound to make sure everything was ok.  Sounds like your numbers are looking good!  Hopefully you have a similar outcome.

Glad you got good news. There are so many reasons people spot or bleed early in pregnancy. I had delayed implantation bleeding with my first, which I've never seen anyone mention anywhere. It is so scary. I bled some with my second and even thoug my first had been fine it didn't stop me worrying myself half to death.
