How far along are you?  5 weeks today

How are you doing? Some days OK... today, not great because I have bloodwork follow up so I'll be waiting nervously for results all afternoon. 

When is your next appointment? Bloodwork to check HCG today and go from there. Doc is waiting for levels to rise above some threshold before brining me in for an ultrasound. My OB intake/official appt is Nov. 28.

Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: Not much. Work is crazy for me right now so that is a good distraction.

How far along are you? 4+3

How are you doing? Okay? A little bit of a wreck today because the nurse should call with my blood test results - last time the progesterone was low, which in retrospect, was a harbinger of the loss to come. Even though I know the chances of another MMC specifically are super low, it's hard not to be terrified. I'm also finding this pregnancy has made me feel sad about my loss again, which I thought I was mostly done with. And then it puts me into a guilty place, because I feel like it's shitty to this baby to be still sad about the last one. 

When is your next appointment? 12/6! The 8 week appointment is when we discovered the loss last time, so I think I'll feel a lot better once we (hopefully) get through that.

Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: A rave: my husband is the best and has been really wonderful with me while I process all of this.

GTKY: What's your all-time ride-or-die favorite TV show? Why did I make this the question when I can't answer it? Probably 30 Rock, but there are so many I love!!

How are you doing? Pretty good. I find that I am a mixture of emotions. We were ecstatic that we got pregnant again as soon as we started NTNP after our loss, but it was a bit of a shock as we weren't actively trying again yet, but of course super thankful. I feel nervous, but also just keep telling myself that whatever will be, will be and I can't control it, and that in a weird way makes me feel better. Just all fingers and toes crossed this baby sticks. Also really hoping to tell family as an xmas present

When is your next appointment? 12/5! It can't come fast enough!

Big breaths. I go from happy to terrified at the drop of a hat. Last time it was the first US that I knew something was wrong. measuring small and slow HB. Then the second there was no growth. I just want to get to the US and see like a proper sized baby with like 168 bpm or something.  

When is your next appointment?
Nov. 28 for Ultrasound.

How far along are you? 
Need a dating ultrasound but either June 28 or July 4.  I ovulated late according to LH surge.

How are you doing? 
I'm doing a little better - had my first appointment today and my midwife gave me a sneak peak ultrasound - saw a little gummy bear in there and a flickering for the heartbeat.  Still in the 'this is not real mental space'.  Trying to get out of there though.

When is your next appointment? 
Next Thursday I will have my real ultrasound and next appointment with the midwife is Dec 4.

DS1 won't sleep through the night and still wants to nurse continuously.  Like WTF.

Was SO excited to get the BFP, we've been trying for over a year since our loss. Hoping it goes better this time and trying to stay positive!

First time posting here? Introduce yourself! Hi all. Received my BFP today. I have 2 daughters, ages 3.5 and 2. I have had 3 miscarriages-  my most recent one being twins that I lost at 12 weeks on August 15, 2016. My other two losses were before my two children. Happy to be here but can never get too excited until I am out of first tri. I had testing done after my loss in August and the fetuses had chromosomal abnormalities. I had RPL testing done all of which came back normal. 

How far along are you? 3.5 weeks. Just found out today at 11 dpo and my EDD is July 21. 

How are you doing? Nervous, but making a conscious effort to be positive and grateful. I have been down this road before. 

When is your next appointment? My first appointment is this Thursday. I will only be 4 weeks so I am assuming my OB will just order bloodwork and try to reassure me that things will work out. 

Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I just got back from a long weekend away with my DH. We had a great time but it's good to be back with my little ones.

I'm waiting impatiently for my latest HCG blood draw results - tested 90 mins ago and hope my OB emails me before the end of the day with results. I have a ton of work I need to be doing but am not doing because Im so anxious...

I wish I had some extra testing. Waiting until the first 8 week appointment for anything is so hard. Seems my OB isn't too concerned if you only had one m/c, which on the one hand makes me feel better, but just so anxious

How are you doing? I'm ok. I have a lot on my plate right now so there isn't much time to stress or be happy about this pregnancy. If it wasn't for the all day nausea I'd probably forget I was pregnant. Thankfully all the craziness will be over in a week and I can actually focus on this little one. 

When is your next appointment? -November 23rd. I'm happy that DH will actually be able to make it this time.

I just wish my appointment was closer. H isn't really wanting to talk about this pregnancy so he doesn't get his hopes up like last time. I think we both just need to hear the heartbeat to be excited. But, right now I'm pregnant and I'm trying to let that me enough.

HI everyone!  I got my BFP this morning putting me with a Edd of July 21.  I was part of the Oct 2015 BMB and ended up with a beautiful boy who just turned 1 Oct 29.  We were excited to find out we were pregnant with # 2 in August but only made it to 6 weeks.  

How far along are you? 
3w4d

How are you doing?
I am doing my best to be excited but am terrified.   I'm already racking my brain thinking of the stuff I have done wrong ( sat in the hot tub yesterday, missed a prenatal vitamin etc) but there is still a part of me that is over the moon.  I am so hopeful for this pregnancy.

When is your next appointment?
I am planning on calling my OBs office today to try to get in next week.  I am on holidays around that 6 week mark and really want to have my betas checked before we go.

I am just really happy to be here... i am doing my best to not be scared and make sure this baby knows nothing but love!

Introduce yourself!  Hello, I received my BFP last Friday with an estimated due date of 7/5/2017.  I had blood work yesterday for HCG with results over 7000, which I am really happy with because this past summer I miscarriage.  So I was a little nervous, I am blessed thought with a DD at 4yr and DS at 1.5 yr. Next Tuesday I go in for an ultrasound and appt. 

How far along are you? 5 weeks, but tomorrow will be 6 weeks.  

How are you doing?  So far so good, especially with the HCG numbers so here is hoping it keeps going well.  

When is your next appointment? Next Tuesday for ultrasound and OB appt.

Rant is I'm so tired and not sure if it's the pregnancy, work or both. I feel if it's both I would be more exhausted lol!

I watch ALOT of TV shows so I'm not sure. Some old classics are Mind your Language, Star trek, Lexx. I'll watch family guy, big bang, IT Crowd, Dr. WHO, Game of Thrones, the Flash, Dare Devil.... literally everything and even more in a movies lol

Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes:  Raving over my new prenatals - Rainbow Light. My constipation and bloating have decreased since switching from gummies. 

GTKY: What's your all-time ride-or-die favorite TV show?  All time favorite is hard, but the longest running show I have watched is Grey's Anatomy and I also love Fixer Upper on HGTV.

Ladies, please send good vibes - got my first beta back and my HCG was great (460.5), but progesterone was low (7.2). Both are higher on the same day (4+0) than they were on my first pregnancy (460 v. 165 for HCG and 7.2 v. 5.1 for progesterone), but that low progesterone was super triggering and scary for me. My doctor's office wants me to come back today and do another test before they decide anything. Send good, doubling-HCG and high progesterone vibes, please!

@leilac sending all the good vibes! Progesterone can fluctuate so that's likely why they want to check in again tomorrow and see what that number is. Either way hopefully you can get a supplement even if just for peace of mind! Keep us posted. Thinking of you.

How are you doing?
Nervous, but happy to have some symptoms to let me know it still seems to be going ok.
When is your next appointment?
12/9 so far, but the time will pass.

Glad for the exhaustion to have set in....asleep by 10 and that is a struggle to make it that far. Not looking forward to having to tell people at Thanksgiving due to not drinking. DH and I want to keep it to ourselves, especially as the MC. Hoping that everyone stays the whole 9!!

could be better. I am going from worry to forgetting I'm even pregnant. I suppose it's a defense mechanism in case I get bad news. If we continue to get good news I hope I can bond w baby while pregnant. I worry a lot about that.

@flipflopped my local grocery store sells non alcoholic wine. I plan to pour that for myself on thanksgiving so nobody will suspect anything. I'll get the brand name if u are into trying something like that in order to throw ppl off.

I had my first appointment today.  I saw a different doctor in my OBs office rather than my family Dr and am so happy with that decision.  They sent me for my first round of betas today and another set on Friday.  I won't know results until Monday but am happy the ball is rolling.  especially since I'm not even 4 weeks along yet.
When I miscarried at 6 weeks I asked my family dr the first time I saw him after the bleeding started about a rhogam shot, which he didn't prescribe me until 2 weeks after.  Today I found out that in the last beta draws he did antibodies were found in my blood.  So now I get to look forward to a lot more blood work throughout my pregnancy to monitor that (fun).   On a (very) bright note, the nurse I met with today who works for him thinks that I am an excellent candidate for a VBAC! If this baby is sticky my kids will be just shy of 21 months apart.  I ended up a section due to an undiagnosed breech and failure to progress.  The fact that he did my section is in my favor as well.  Fingers crossed this baby is sticky and goes heads down!

@MrsN092714 I am so glad you switched doctors too!  That sounds like a big failure on the part of your family doctor.  This is something that would have been covered immediately as part of the initial routine screening at an OB or midwife practice.  How come the breech position was undiagnosed?  Were you seeing the family doctor at that time too?  That is a big red flag.   Or was it a last minute flip?  I hope this is a sticky baby for you and that you get the VBAC.

@caribbeanmama I couldn't be much happier with the switch myself.  It felt good to go into an office where my concerns were heard and addressed.  I am still with the same OB that missed the breech position and am still happy to be there.  My 20 week ultrasound DS was heads down and although I can look back and realize exactly when he flipped (28 weeks) my dr was definitely not the only person that made the mistake.  Throughout the last 12 weeks of my pregnancy I had 3 Drs and countless nurses feel and tell me he was head down.  His little butt was wedged right in there and was sitting with his back facing forward so as much as i hate that it went undiagnosed, I don't blame him for it.  I will definitely be requesting a third tri ultrasound this time though!

Update! Got my numbers back. HCG looks great! 3,163 up from 460 four days earlier! Progesterone, however, fell to 6.1 from 7.2. Left word for my doctor- gonna ask to be put on progesterone supplements ASAP, but feel encouraged by the HCG number!
